One extra step I ALWAYS do is remove the interior door panel so it allows me to get the weather strip at the bottom of the window out of the way and you're left with all sorts of room to squeegee the bottom part of the tint down and don't have to try and force it under it or have to deal with trying to pull it back out of the way. Takes a little more time and for most professionals it's not necessary but for a DIY'er it does make it a lot easier.
I am a pro and a simple tip I can give you is whichever direction the film is folding onto itself.. the top part of the fold is 9/10 times the liner side. Other than that you don't have to clean so much. It's not bad but it's not necessary either. You'll save alot of time.. Good job though👍
After you set the Top push on the top and it will create a nice gap on the bottom for you to push the water out....

Start top to bottom when squeegeeing...flush down always top to bottom..... you might like Joy or Dawn dish soap more slide then baby shampoo
