You make shrinking look so easy. I’ve just wasted 4 pieces of tint trying to shrink. Taking the Charger to my cousins shop so he can finish it up. Side windows are easy and I’m doing the removal of gasket like you have shown me. No fingers popping up what so ever. I’m not sure if this tinting business is going like I want it to go. I feel like giving up!!! Maybe I’ll just do trucks and Wranglers since the windows are flat.
Thank you for the video I’m heading out to practice tinting my 04 Mach 1 with some cheap NAPA tint. If all goes well I’ll be putting ceramic tint on before winters over
you tinted the back and quarter windows so fast and precise i almost caught covid-19. I spent 3 hours doing my rear window today. Sadly, the tints bought from auto store or walmart are not as long as the ones you use. So it’s is harder to do the “H” pattern.
Great job on the tint again bro. I have a few questions for you if you have time. 1 how come you heat the small window when you were installing the tint. 2. I’m teaching my self to do tint. But every time I do the back window I get a Wrinkle when I’m heat shrinking. 3. Y do I get some small air bubbles after I’m don’t installing the tint. Thank you for your time n for making is awesome videos
My buddy had to get inspection on his Silverado told him he had take drive pass tint off can't inspect it tint was light tint see threw it .he brought truck from a cop . Was mechanic right or no said can't have it just curious do u know was that false ?
When you install and squeegee everything out. The film won't be the same shape/contour of the glass so you'll have fingers....only way to prevent is to bottom load because the sweep isn't putting pressure on the tint causing fingers....shrinking the film eliminates this problem.
Dang you did a good job I got my 2001 mustang done but the guy who did it said he couldn’t do all of the back he cut some of it out from the back so it looks weird
unfortunately you will have to use store bought consumer film which is generally shit compared to commercial grade stuff he is using. your best bet is to find a website selling high quality film but it might cost more aswell as they might only sell in large quantities
@@gav6808 do you know the exact measurements and specific shampoo? I use dawn dish soap but it doesn't seem to let the film stick well, apparently dish soap isn't good because it strips oils which I heard isn't good for the film tint? thanks
my personal opinion is leave the shrinking method uncut,i rly enjoy it more and people might pick up some stuff while you are reading the film and shrinking at the same time. You probably do it to cut out some time of the total length which i get,so its all good man =]

If you're still looking for a solution, there are tint films that are divided into rows for the rear windshield. They might help you out

How much you charge for a car like that
Just tried the first door window and failed miserably. Couldn't get into that corner by the speaker and it creased. The corner glass was a breeze.
how many degrees did you leave the apparatus ?
I'm trying to tint my 2000 crown vic...do I have to take off door panels to tint?the window gaskets won't let the tint slide down
U can for the front man but rear use a shank to get the gaskets open Vic’s are pain to tint and shrunk rear windshield too
@@B711HD thanks
Took me the 3rd tried on the rear windshield on this mustang but around 2002 year the heat shrinking and wind mess me up
What does that dryer sheet do sir?
I just started window tinting and I was wondering where u get ur film cutting knife from....
What is the purpose of leaving the gap on the edge of the window on the door?
i think the purpose is so it doesn't get get caught and start to peel off. i guess it helps it last longer
Do you like olfa blades or nt..brand ???
Is suntek standard a good film to use?
I have my film ready, what would happen if i don’t use the heat gun before applying?
I think you can't
Come out bubbles and cruses

Will you ever have another Q and A live stream?
Where i can to buy the film that you use?
unfortunately you will have to use store bought consumer film which is generally shit compared to commercial grade stuff he is using. your best bet is to find a website selling high quality film but it might cost more aswell as they might only sell in large quantities

I can shrink back windows so easy but side windows for some reason I always mess up lol
What is happening? Are you not shifting the film or is it creasing?
Do you have a Patreon page? I'd love to see you tint with your shirt off...
