    I'm so proud of you :) you can really tell how far you've come and it's so good to see and gives me (and I'm sure lots of others, too) so much hope. you've helped me massively in my own recovery and continue to do so xx

    It really can change your personality; unwell me is very different to well me. I think this video is so helpful, and so important as it highlights how much your thinking process changes once you reach a healthy place. Thank you for being so open and honest - I’m sure this will help so many people xx

    U have been my biggest inspiration 🥺🥺Just started uni and moved to a new country alone but I’ve been challenging fear foods and rules every single day rather than using ed as coping mechanism! And u reassured me I’m doing the right thing x

    Wow just wow, I have listened to a lot of these kind of Q and As and your weight gain chat was one of the best ever, your meal plan chat i relate to too and how you said those voices are so much less frequent now this is what I am getting though I think I still need to allow abit more of my hunger and more snacks to get on a bit more weight to be fully free and back to closer my set weight. Your 6months you absolutely sashed it!
    Beautiful inside and out ❤️ hope your feeling ok post car accident and continuing to recover with all that xx

    You are amazing, Seeing the world differently is so inspiring for my recovery. Sometimes the thoughts of how "terrible" my life is convinces me that there is no point in recovery but knowing that i see things from a skewed perspective is so helpful.. thank you, you are beautiful inside and out

    Did you notice any side effects from going all in? Such as with your digestive system, night sweats etc? Your videos make me feel so much more at ease

    Did you have really severe food fears akin to phobias? So your OCD was based on amounts?
