bro i swear i used to do these whenever the gym closed, once i did 500 pullups in 2 hours, nothing has ever made me as sore as one of these hard soul breaking solo workouts, this is pure hell but the heavenly feeling awaits after it is over
0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0... You're not doing full reps. Bring your chin over the bar and level with the horizon. you are missing out on a huge portion of your back by doing these fake pullups. This is all biceps and almost none of your back.
I don't get the point. Your form was terrible even in the few first reps, then it was basically swinging 220 times around the bar. Seems like you're asking for a shoulder injury. Try doing severals sets of 10 reps with proper form, with proper rest inbetween sets. This was painful to watch.

I was walking down the park, walking my dog, then fear comes down my spine faster than the rain droplets rolling in my glasses when I see a guying wearing a balaclava looking like he's reading to rob the central bank approaching my general direction. He suddenly holds to the nearest metal bar like his family in Servia depends on it, does 30 pull ups while reflecting on all his life decisions he's done so far, falls down and takes a couple of seconds rest before engaging with the bar again. Now calmer, knowing that the man is more intersted in inching to the skies with his bare hands and arms just before being pitilessly pulled down from his efforts by gravity over and over again than taking my wallet, I go home with my dog to prepare some warm dinner in this cold begginning of night, when my memory reminds me that I forgot to buy groceries in the morning, because it was starting to rain and it would better to go after it stops, it would obviously end by luch time. Now slightly mad, but hungrier than angry, I go my way back to the grocery shop, through the park, in the still not dying morning rain. He is still there. It's being what? 30 minutes since he started? How can he still be doing pull ups? Confusion subdues as admiration increases.
