@@fasteddiebull . The crank has oiling points on the outside and the big end is oiled by the mechanical oiler on top of the engine. There is transfer ports along the liner where the air travels and goes through ports in the cylinder liner

How does the engine gets its air intake and is it naturally aspirated?
the back of the piston sucks the air in,then the reed valves shut and the piston travels back and forces the air foward through ports
