I took my dSAT test today and your videos actually helped me to solve really important questions, thanks for all the hard work you have done for people who have been preparing by themselves using free online resources, like me, you have superb math videos!

a kind of conceptual way to solve number 5 (the way i did it) was just thinking about how the unit circle works. because all the x-coordinates of the angles stemming from the positive x-axis are positive (the angles of pi/6, pi/4, pi/3, and the ones in Quadrant 4 [you know its in quadrant 4 because if you divide 3570 by 360, you get 9.9ish and 9.9 revolutions around the circle get you to near the end of Q4]), the two positive x-coordinate answers are C and B. B just can't be right because (2√3)/3 is a cosecant value so its just. not right? i'm not sure of the reasoning behind why its not right but its just wrong, so the only one left is C. sorry if this is confusing; i'm not sure how to explain it well :D
Good thinking! I completely follow. You realized x had to be positive and B just isn't on the unit circle. Nice idea. I still think it is WAY easier to get a scientific calculator for $20 and do the formula at 30:18 . Thanks for sharing :)

Hey I took my Dsat today, English went good except some ques on module 2 but I missed some ques like 3-4 in maths module 2 which is worth more points and also didn't get chance to revise other ques on which I had doubt.I am very tensed as Dsat for international students is quite expensive. I really wanna score somewhere around 1450 but I don't think so I will be able to 😢Btw, thanks for your amazing vids I watched all of them 🙏💕

Hey Jamric! There are 4 experimental questions on every DSAT Math test. So there is a solid chance some of the ones you were concerned about do not count at all. I imagine the stream is too late for you. Still, make sure you take some time to relax and do something fun! Cheers!
(Hi thx for the reply! I'll try 2 make it to the stream.) Wow thx for telling me about that. Is that the case (4 experimental qs) for both sections, or combined? (Or math only) So there should be some experimental stuff on RW too? Like for math... U know the questions about whole bunch of unknown variables and quadratics in the end of the 2nd module... They sort of made similar questions for absolute value functions and exponential stuff imstead of just quadratic. Simply atrocious
@@Jamric-gr8gr Now worries about the time difference man! Yeah I try to make it suitable for India/Bangladesh/Pakistan and west of that because so many viewers are from there. We'll do an AM stream next week! Go to this document: satsuite.collegeboard.org/media/pdf/digital-sat-test-spec-overview.pdf Page 4 ... "pre-test" questions do not count. There are 2 experimental questions on each module. Hope this helps!

hey, i cannot understand why in the 5th question we took radius as 1? thanks for job
The *UNIT* circle is a circle centered at the origin with radius of 1. It is just a definition. Here "unit" means 1. Hope this helps!
Wow the test was rrly hard. RW was harder than usual, and there are so many new style questions on the math section. They almost felt experimental.

What do you think I should do these few days before my Nov 4 SAT
Study? Review key grammar rules and math concepts you had trouble with previously?
question 5 absolutely stumped me. i hope this doesn’t show up on the exam

isn't the question number 6 ans is 121?
No - as you can see if a = 121 it crosses twice. It should have "one real solution" as the question says:

8:43 cant we just put the value of y as ''r'' and if the answer came equal to the x value in the option then we could consider it as correct

re equal it still wouldn't be AA cause non-corresponding ngles right?
