    Sir majh vay 32 yr ahe tri mla makad hadachya javal cha gap ji 5no chi chakati ahe tithe to kami zala ahe..ani ek pay purn paya parynt dukhat ahe...ujvya side chya talavyat sudha mungya yet ahet...medicine ghelte tovar kmi aal ani ata parat dukhat ahe.. Tri tyasathi ha vyayam kela tri chalel ka..plz suggest me..
