Milk - 1 1/2 Cup
Whipping Cream - 1 Cup
Sugar - 1/2 Cup
Gelatin - 2 tbs + Ice Water - 1/2 Cup
(Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp)

Dear mam, i have been making this pudding since you showed in magic oven. I make it very often and i always get appreciated . But i was using fresh cream as it was easily available. But now i will try it with amul whipping cream. I am very sure my family will love it even more. Thank you very much for this recipe. Everyone out there should try it atleast once, you are going to love it

എനിക്ക് നിങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്ന friedrich ഒക്കെ കാണുമ്പോൾ സങ്കടം വരും. എനിക്ക് cooking skill ഇല്ലത്തത് കൊണ്ട് ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന സങ്കടമാണ്. Cooking അറിയാമെങ്കിൽ ഇഷ്ടമുള്ളതൊക്കെ ഉണ്ടാക്കാമായിരുന്നല്ലോ. I still can say that this is pannacota... as pannacota is made with milk , half and half( half milk and half cream)...set with gelatin..... but it can vary upon from one country to another.... also the name differs from one place to another..... I request Lakshmi ma'am to please explain what the significant difference here with panna cota and this show white pudding...
