  • The Ninja Crispi Portable gives you the flexibility to air fry ANYWHERE you have power. Leftovers and frozen meal prep for work lunch go from microwaved mushy to air fried crispy. I was so intrigued by the concept I ordered one to try out. Let's unbox it and demo it with some frozen chicken bites. Stay turned for more ways to use it as I test it over the next few weeks!

I really appreciate your fair, commercial-free review and for breaking it down and pointing out the features you felt were good about this air fryer!

Cool gadget, but not worth the price tag. if it was $60-$80 I would purchase it.

That is really cool that you can look through the glass and see it happening!

too bad it doesn’t have a powercon connector instead of hardwired. kinda a deal breaker with how far out the cord sticks when packed up 😕

The IG ad for this is kind of deceiving, they make it look ultra portable and don't show that it has to be plugged in.

Sneaky :( yeah I can’t imagine powering this with a battery

It's portable, but has a power cord sticking out of it, which negates all portability compared to any other small air fryer. Though I do like the glass basket design that allows you to see the food as it cooks, especially since the temp isn't adjustable and have to keep a closer eye on it.

unfortunately a battery that could heat food that much would ruin all portability, but it's "portable" that you can easily bring it places with a backpack

It’s pretty cool I suppose. The best thing is that it’s extremely portable. Some cons to it tho… you can only cook so many things with it as it is smaller than any actual air fryer, you have to be selective on what you do put in the large or small glass containers.. I guess it’s a cool idea for people who don’t have an actual air fryer.. kinda cool tho 😊😊😊😊❤

That does seem pretty cool! I'd be curious long term how that thing lasts. Air Fryers always get that impossible to remove grease and it doesn't seem like you can clean that heating element. Same with the glass, will it scratch easily and stain easily? A really cool idea, but for a 160 price point idk if thats a great deal or not.

I made lasagna tonight and as I put this video on, I hear you're planning to make lasagna. That was weird. I haven't made lasagna in over a year. Just part of the cosmic unconsciousness. The problem I have with Ninja is the price tag. I've been eyeing this, but $160 is just too much for me. Seeing it in action though, gives me a little more interest. Will be curious to see future meals.

The unit itself isn’t priced too bad but the $30-40 containers have me concerned
