It Could be evaporator temp sensor on top of the air box giving false readings causing the evaporator to freeze over and sweat excessively(extremely wet lower HVAC box inside cab). Happen to a friend of mind's but his was a 12th gen(2014 f150). He used forscan to discover the sensor was faulty.

You said these problems started happening about a month ago. Looking at your channel, about a month ago you posted a video about squatting your truck slightly. So all the fluids that used to run to the front of the truck due to gravity are now reversed and running backwards toward the rear of the truck since the truck was never designed to be squatted.
So, a few things for you. Drive around with the ac completely off for a few days. Just use your windows for fresh air. If the problem exists, it’s not the ac.
Setup a hose to pour water directly into the cowl (right between the hood and wipers where the slots are). While that’s happening get inside the truck and monitor the area. This could be an indication of the issue.
Lastly, get under the hood and find any and all hoses that go near the passenger side firewall and feel around for kinks/holes/tears/rips/or aggressive bends. Those could be the culprit

It's your A/C drain...You have the truck lifted and leveled causing the moisture to enter the cab...You need to put a 90° elbow on the drain tube at firewall

It makes sense, but I’ve had the truck lifted for over a year, so why is it just now happening?

On the 2018 it just barely makes it out of the firewall when you're driving the moisture seeps out and Through The Grommet of the firewall penetration

You might have a clogged or poorly draining condensate tube. If it’s coming back into cab floor then I would think the stealership would have checked it but I would look closer at it.

They replaced the drain tube the first time it was there and it still leaked 🤷🏼‍♂️

I have no clue what's going on with your truck, but I've seen several people posting about passenger side wet carpets. I just don't remember what the problem was, seems like heater core though.

You’re drain is clogged. Open the hood and drain the drain there’s probably leaves and stuff fell in it from the top of the hood where the little vents are by the windshield

It’s suppose to drain water for when it rains but if it’s clogged it will seep through the firewall and get inside the car, happened to both of my buddies

do you have the truck on climate control or pulling in fresh air from outside? it seems like it could be your evaporator coil.. was wondering if you have it pulling fresh air that maybe air passing across the evap coil to fast causing it to spray water in to the collector box and dripping out of that,...try running the ac on low for a few days to see if the leaking stops

I have it set on pulling air from outside. I’ll give that a try and see how it works.

@@blomeoutdoors2134 yes im a HVAC tech and I have seen cases where thre air was pushing across the coil to fast causing the water to splash around... appreciate your videos...I just did the boosted motors last weekend with thre switchback and the morimoto brake lights ... next mod will be turnsignal cameras in them mirrors hooked up to linkswell green 4
