I, 'am losing my "' confidence '" hum itni mehnat krte hai " Song Content " me.............Lekin koi chote you tuber ko supprt nhi krta h bs❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Its definitely not true. When I got demonetized my views dropped from 10k plus per week, to a few hundred, at best, and then they die. Despite thte fact that I had 1500 subs then and have 12k now, and I am constantly hearing from my audience that it is the best of this type of content on TH-cam.
Two Golden rules: 1. Don't upload daily when you feel it's killing you. 2. Make the videos YOU want to make. Don't make videos THEY want you to make. Stay healthy and stay safe.
As a creator, I would like to have a way to tell the algorithm which audience the video I made is targeted for, instead of letting the algorithm blindly recommend it to people, it is more efficient for the user or creator or even the system.
Exactly! I was thinking about the same thing few months ago. Why an algolithm choose random audience to me and then ignoring my videos, marked as 💩, because they don't watch/listen my creations more than 10 secs. I bet it recommend to ppls who doesn't like trance or relaxing musics and motion graphic contents. 100 SEO score and right tags doesn't matter, it has no effect. Still fighting with 30-100 average views after 14 years, also tried with new channel few years ago, same result. I really tired of it. I bet the algorithm is similar on Instagram, but there i could check this bad algroithm recommendations. There is a section, something like "Show contents from creators like me". As graphic and sound designer when i enter that menu, the algoritm shows me wedding dress stuffst and fully different contents, there is no any matching to my creations. I reported it, with video proof 6-8 months ago but no response.
Hey there, I know you wrote this a year ago but I agree with what you said. I also would like to choose which audience that my TH-cam videos go to. You can sort of do this in a way and it helps slightly. You probably already know about by now, but make sure in TH-cam Studio you are picking the proper category. For instance, with this channel, I always choose "Music" but I also have a comedy channel and sometimes TH-cam chooses the category "People & Blogs" and I have to manually switch it back to "Comedy". Hope this helps
Help me man. I have different audience in shorts. And multiple audiece in my long vids. I make variety of content, roblox, memes, will smith, adopt me, lyric vids. Should I be happy about me having multiple audience? Its hard to manage which videos my audience like, but most of them are adopt me players. Most of all its Hard to stick to one type of content. A little help here please? Im planning to make Animation content Memes And lyric videos
It's unfortunate that great content sometimes never gets shared, discovered or seen because the "algorithm" didn't know who, how, or when to show it. It's disconcerting for creative people who might do something out of the box that people could probably really enjoy, if only they had a chance to see it, and decide for themselves. The "algorithm" didn't connect them with it. I understand that there are billions of videos to manage, and that all of it cannot be presented to people. At least a FAIR and genuine effort should be made to present all content to the MOST POSSIBLE people, and let them decide whether they like it. I think TH-cam would see a greater return. I constantly have to clear the cookies of my browser because the "algorithm" always presents me with stuff that don't interest me; simply because I watched a similar video. It can be a bit much. "Variety is the spice of life." Embrace variety. I'm sure TH-cam is constantly improving the algorithm. ☮🧡🤗🙏
You only have 158 subs, that’s merely enough for TH-cam to know who to show your videos to and if you cant write a good title, then you are not pulling any views
@@FuckXiJinping Thanks for the response, Eric. According to TH-cam, in the exact video we are commenting on, the size of your audience is not a big determining factor on how the statistical equations connect your video to viewers -- If it were, you would never grow past 36 subs. It's about a lot of factors. One of the major ones, is viewers' preferences. Not just your audience, but the billions of views on the platform. The data they collect about your habits on the site helps their algorithms determine what is shown to you. Which is limiting because if prevents you from discovering things that you may not even yet know you might find useful or beneficial. We expend our minds by being exposed to new things. The point I was making is that an effort should be made to present all videos that are not violating any guidelines to as many people as possible. The first 300 may not like it, and the next 3,000,000 might. If it's never shown because it didn't fit a statistical profile, well... 😊Can you imagine, if the "algorithm" did the same for this comment because it calculated that not too many people would align with it. We would have never had a chance to do this exchange from which I learned so much about your point of view. 🙂 Variety! A creator would feel really free to create, rather than feeling that their work may never be seen because some "code" didn't think people would like it. 😁 Take care!
I think that is a fair criticism, but also, I don't know what the alternative would be. For every TH-cam creator who is doing something new and interesting that might be interesting if only people could get ahold of it, there are dozens of creators who are making low-effort vanity projects... (myself included, on some of my videos). If TH-cam promoted everything, users would get flooded with dozens or hundreds of meaningless scribbles. I have some videos about accessible subjects that people are interested in (often visits to scenic or interesting places), and then I have many videos that are basically absurd art projects. I totally understand why the first group generates more interest.
It seems to me the youtube "algorithm" is not very intelligent. The more nonsensicle a video is the more views it gets. There's no quality influence because when nobody sees the video how would quality make any difference?
I think the title and video image are very important. If you write a title close to the video titles of the competitors, you can still get traffic. Especially shorts videos attract great subscribers and this gave very good results on my channel. Good luck to everyone.
"The number of people subscribed to your channel doesn't represent the number of viewers choosing to watch your videos." So why do you have to have a certain number of subscribers to be monetized? You could have millions of views and not be eligible.
*I'm missing more detail on how the algorithm works.* 1- Are the translations in the title new keywords? 2- What CTR/retention triggers massive discovery? 3- Why are videos that you dislike still being recommended? 4- How does the size of the channel affect to the video performance? 5- How does it affect the likes/comments count? 6- How does it affect the average session time on TH-cam? 7- How does it affect whether the user leaves youtube via an external link? 8- Why does the success of a video depend so much on the size of a channel and its established audience rather than the video itself? 9- What is the weight of the views? 10- Does the performance of your video compare to the initial performance of the competitor's video or to the current performance of the competitor's video?
LOL, you are never going to get detail on anything about TH-cam...think back to the days of monetization and remember the unsurety of that. BTW, you ask the same questions we all have. I hope they glance at your list. I have resigned myself to do what I do and make whatever TH-cam decides to give me.
Once a viewer is not interacting with a channel for a longtime, you should send an automatic email asking to unsubscribe. That's useful for creators to have a gist of how many active subscribers they actually have.
You can just look at analytics and do the math with how many average views you get on your videos and how many people are already subscribed when watching said video. Then compare that number to your subscriber count.
As a viewer, I would appreciate if TH-cam allowed me to actually search for what I wanted instead of pushing stuff I did not search for in my face every time I try to use the essentially pointless search feature. You guys own Google. It really can't be that hard.
Believe me, Google owns TH-cam, by a lot. TH-cam revenue stream is TH-cam, Google revenue stream is every website you visit, every search, for every website in the world. But I agree, TH-cam search is just as pointless as Google search. Both are lazy engines. Hardly can be called database at all. You can't query it. If someone ever built a good search engine, the world...
Thank you for the advice. I'm solely concentrated on making content that is inspiring for both me as a creator and for an audience that appreciates the niche I serve. With each new post, I optimize through title, thumbnail, description, and tags. Eventually, if I remain consistent, I know I'll be able to reach a larger audience. I wish the best of luck to all the hard-working and dedicated creators here - don't ever stop doing what you love! The greatest reward is in the creation.
Tags or SEO either for that matter. I hope the people who spam us for SEO realize this and find a new hustle. SEO is dead she basically said it with the tags discussion. ~JT
Help. I have a variety of audiences. I make variety of content, memes, lyrics, adopt me, turning red, will smith. And its hard to stop making variety of content. Im planning to stick to 3 main content -memes -lyric videos -animations Im afraid my audience will fight each other because they came from different things (for example, one of my audience watch roblox, others watch memes and they dont know what roblox is) Most of my audience are adopt me players, but I also care about my other audience too, like meme watchers. So a little help here, please?
I think the best description I ever heard about "the algorithm" is you have to think of it being steered by the viewer. When we post the videos get PULLED from the other side by viewers and not necessarily pushed by anything we do. My tip as a small creator is make good content and cross platform promote. It takes time for the right people to find your content. But when they do find it, if you're creating good content, they will go back and watch everything you've posted. I say this as someone who often goes back and watches my favorite youtubers videos back MULTIPLE times. Good content is timeless. So don't stress too much about the numbers. It genuinely won't change a thing.
Absolutely couldn't agree, promote on cross platforms and just stick to the creative aspect, I had on vid I didn't think was going to be anything but a "filler" if you will and outta no where it smash 86k on TT. I know different platform and algorithm but still point still stands as @callmeangel pointed out.
Honestly, I feel like my videos often do better when I DO focus on the algorithm. When I simply focus on quality, I often get a higher percentage of likes and sometimes better watch time percentage, but the video doesn't necessarily get shared as much by TH-cam. So I think the advice about focusing on quality is great for a mid-size or larger channel, but for a new channel, my experience is that you do really need to focus on the algorithm.
Actually I have the same problem, I always ask myself what I’m doing wrong… Even posting every week is not helping and seeing your views are going down every day is depressing! I think the best thing is to stay positive and keep going and hoping not to get burned out…
So in summary, CREATE WHAT YOUR AUDIENCE IS INTERESTED IN such that the Engagement, click rate and view duration matches the algorithm tools. Success to all creators

Hi, I started with realistic and character drawing. My videos was not getting many views so i started making DIY and easy drawing. Now, I am drawing everything from beginners to pro level. But still haven't seen any difference in views. it's very disappointing and i don't know what else to do.
I don't believe the time between uploads doesn't matter. If you take a month longer than usual to upload, users will most likely watch other users and then their feed will fill up with other recommendations other than yours. I found this happening on a few channels.
I want to believe that tags help videos to be more discoverable when a search query is submitted. TH-cam may more likely give results based on video tags than the content of the video. However, I believe tags isn't necessary in determining what videos TH-cam suggests to viewers when they visit.
Don’t forget if a creator makes a documentary that is almost an hour and a half long with about 8 seconds of a clip that has profanity, you will age restrict that, demonetize, and kill the view counts of an amazing video, reducing the view count and the money the creator should make off the content that keeps us coming to your platform. Your appeal process also seems to need an overhaul, have seen many creators complain about these issues.
Dear friends from TH-cam! Thank you very much for your help and great work! After all, your platform provides great opportunities for novice authors, and also inspires millions of people around the world! Keep it up! 💙💛👍
These 3 things have helped me grow in the last few months. 1. Create an AUTHENTIC experience. 2. Get to the point. 3. Include multiple aspects in your video. AUTHENTIC EXPERIENCE - People come to TH-cam for a certain EXPERIENCE. Usually it's entertainment, education or a mix of both. You have to KNOW yourself WELL to effectively accomplish producing AUTHENTIC content! Authentic content is things that are natural, normal and familiar to YOU! Since we are all human, some of our experiences will overlap and THIS is what people will watch. GET TO THE POINT - The attention span of people as a whole is dropping significantly, ESPECIALLY since Shorts came out! Creating content that is rich in value but CONCISE, DRAMATICALLY changes how long one's videos are watched! Creating shorts is a MUST if you want to grow in 2023! Not only does it create more exposure, it also helps to improve your long form content as well because it FORCES you to master the art of condensing your content. MULTIPLE ASPECTS IN YOUR VIDEO - We mostly create videos based on ONE topic however, I am learning that videos should have more than one topic (this keeps people interested and watching)! Let's say I wanted to review a camera lens. I could just talk about the lens but that gets BORING! Instead I can make a short commercial ad using the lens and put that into the video. I could also create a mini vlog (using the lens) inside the video about how I somehow ALWAYS get caught at a certain stop light in my town! By creating relatable topics and touching on REAL WORLD issues, we automatically will get more watch time because people WANT to connect with others. (This is what the BIG TH-camrs have mastered!) I know this is a long comment but this is what I am starting to implement and was hoping it will help someone else! I wish everyone here the best in 2023! Keep grinding! 💪🏾
If TH-cam really wanted to help creators and give viewers what they wanted then they would change the default setting of subscribe so that they can get all the videos. If they did not want our videos they can come back and change it, but they don’t know that TH-cam is doing that to them. We shouldn’t spend all our time teaching people that TH-cam is hiding our videos from them. Put it in their hands by default, please.
While TH-cam is helping content creators to promote their videos, TH-cam is also making sure users are retained at TH-cam. Imagine users drops significantly because viewers get annoyed by TH-cam turning on subscriptions for all the channels by default and keep recommending everybody's channel to him/her, what does it do to your channel or the other creators' channels? If the platform is gone, what happens to the content creators?

Thank you @youtubecreators for always releasing fantastic content to help us creators succeed! I'm really liking all of the new changes. Hopefully we will see longer "shorts" in the future as well. Maybe 90 second or even three minute possibility for shorts!?
The audience plays a role in this, but the creator has more control over it, so let's keep doing great and quality content. And of course, knowing our viewers more. Cheers!
And yet there's tons of scams on shorts. Duplicate videos etc. Then there's comment bots, lots of them, "it's finally here", "I got heat on my Paige" etc. Something needs to be done
That's okay! We have the dislike button to help alert viewers to potential misleading or scammy or downright dangerous information. It serves to protect viewers. Oh.... silly me. There USED to be a time when that was so. Now the safety of the viewer takes a back seat to TH-cam's interests.
@@PathForger_• hello, I'm sorry that the number of dislikes is more/not visible on the videos, it would be very useful to help alert naive people who fall into the nets of horrible staged fake rescue chains and recurring in the field of puppies and kittens 😢😭.
@@caherineponsard1390 Or worse. How's this as a title? 'Got chest pains? Avoid hospital bills with this life hack!' 9_9 Let's extend the scenario. Somehow gets 5000 likes. Nobody can see the 50,000 dislikes because TH-cam. Some people die as a result of trying to follow bad medical advice that they might have avoided had TH-cam not prevented people from seeing the full picture. TH-cam claims it is about protecting creators. Yet such creators always 'had' the option to hide their dislikes... so something 'else' is the true reason why TH-cam removed viewers' ability to get an accurate representation of video popularity.
Tags definitely don’t matter, some others in my niche us little or no tags and have thousands more views than my videos that have very descriptive tags

It's better to stay around 5 tags per vid maybe 8, but after 12 it seems you basically over load the algorithm and it won't recognize any of your tags. I highly suggest only using roughly 5 ro 8 max. I don't know anything about it really but everywhere I read I see this more and more.
I get encouragement and inspiration by watching the videos of this channel. My channel is progressing slowly. Thank you so much for watching my channel.
Thank you for this video, you clarified some of my questions. Most of us wonder about how the algorithm works, so, bottom line is, create content that is worth watching
This is all excellent insight. It's difficult, however, to apply this sort of discovery method to all types of channels. Our channel, for example, doesn't seem to get much engagement but it also isn't as easy for us to apply all the lessons in this video to our own videos. I wish there was more forgiveness for when a channel is underperforming, even when the effort and production value is there.
Definitely agree that we should spend less time trying to keep a daily upload schedule and more time ensuring we are making videos at the quality they deserve to be. The subscribers will still be there and will make the uploads even more special when they are further apart. Can you imagine a band trying to release an album every day?
There is a difference between full blown artistic types and the fast food types. Fast food types win the content war, but , artists can create timeless pieces. Obviously, the system prefers fast food. it makes easier money. I am going with the art. Because that's what I like doing.
Great information! I just looked at trends in 2 categories I want to include in a new video podcast and learned that I should probably promote one over the other in my titles. Thanks for sharing!
@1:35 "If a viewer chooses to watch your video, how long do they watch it for?" - this is listed as a factor of video performance. Question: does view duration for live streams impact how often TH-cam will recommend your 'offline' content? Live streams are almost always guaranteed to have a low % watch time, as the nature of the content is that people often pop in, say hello, check out the stream for 10 minutes (of a 3 hour stream) then leave. Does TH-cam see this low watch % for live content as a bad thing, and does it cause less recommending of your 'offline' content because of it? If so, is this intended / by design / being changed?
The tip about changing the thumbnail was so interesting. I changed one of my old thumbnails and the video picked up- which was so exciting. It's cool to know that our old videos still have a chance if viewers start interacting with them again. Thanks for explaining :)
@@cleggsadventuresI have a video called country slander. Got a lot of views using the Nikocado eating noodles thumbnail. Decided to change the thumbnail. Stops getting views.
My channel is still small and I've been worrying about how to crack the algorithm, I've watched so many TH-camrs talking about "cracking the algorithm". Finally, it's not about cracking the algorithm but focusing on creating content your audience like to watch. Thank you for this.

🙏🙏🙏 it very much informative and useful video that helped me to understand more depth about you Tube and how to focus on video creations . thank you team
A more accurate way youtube displays videos in front of users is advertising. And this depends on advertisement campaigns. For instance, lets say a camping company takes out a huge advertisement campaign in youtube, youtube now has to satisfy that advertisement campaign by placing ads in front of people that are more inclined to camping. This will push camping videos more, since people that watch camping videos are more inclined to buy camping products etc. This is just as an important part of the algorithm as video performance that nobody, let alone TH-cam mentions. Its a matter of sound business practice that youtube places the right ads in front of the right people. Obviously this isnt the only factor of the algorithm, but its the most overlooked
well it dose make sense, if you engage and actually pay for ads your spot will artificially be placed higher, but i think they maintaining a good balance. I mean idk about what you do, but i post videos that are not that big around 100 mb or something similar, there are people that post 2 to 3 hour long videos, and to have all that storage it must be massive, and for it to work they need money to pay the bills. i guess i would do the same in their place.
Thank you for this helpful tips. The only thing is that is difficult for small channels to rank because we/they have fewer content. While big channels are already established and have the resources. More power to the small youtubers.Keep creating content. 😄
Also you have actual humans that teach the algorithm. The raters rate us on reputation and quality. The reputation score gives famous poeple and megachannels a leg up. I've looked into this extensively. They rate the quality of each video and also the entire channel. They want to know who runs the channel, so if you don't put your name in the about section then that isn't good. Search and discovery is greatly impacted by how the human raters rate us. Maybe you should make a video about that.

this is the video that many people were hoping & praying for. About time YT themselves can finally say it was always about the AUDIENCE and not " pleasing some algorithm ".
You say "creators ask, what type of videos does the algorithm like best?". This is later followed up by "focus on knowing your audience and what they like". My question is, what if I want to change my content to a different subject? Am I at the mercy of my audience not wanting me to change, thus forcing me to keep producing the same content? Would I have to create a new youtube channel to break free, and what if I don't want to create a new youtube channel? What is your solution for this problem?
This was very informative. A good addition to Analytics would be showing (aside from the similar videos watched and general demographics) things like topics and keywords the audience is commonly interested (especially long tail searches) or similar tools to get to know what our followers really like. Maybe an "audience survey" features (with multiple questions) would allow us to know our audience better. Because yes, you can gauge the audience with general analytics and maybe comments, but the algorithm who knows each audience member really well could find much deeper commonalities in the audience that may inform our topic selection.
How about you guys go back to focusing on WHAT A VIEWER SUBSCRIBES TO and PRIORITIZING THAT in subscriber feed and consistently sending out notifications when who they subscribed to UPLOAD? All these algos confuse the viewer, and isn't what they subscribed to. It sounds to me more like the algos take away from the hard work of creators have done to build their subscribership and allow room for You Tube to try and MODIFY viewers interests, rather than allowing to viewer to select what they really want.
Yes, we know it. Yt doesn't even care about our own subscribers and will not really show them our new videos. -> Very logical indeed... Instead it is exactly like it is with my own watch experience with yt: If you see one kind of a video, yt will recommend you 10 others day by day from the same, like nobody else would post anymore. Will you switch your interest, exactly the same - 10 videos just from that one for days if you are not aware of it... Who is creating such a system? A human system would think like this: Even if somebody is showing interest in this kind of video, we will present new uploads of different channels - this is how a good world can be created.
Good to see you have clarified a lot of questions we creators had about changing titles and thumbnails etc. I still feel TH-cam is THE place to be when compared to other video-based social media platforms like IG or TikTok.
It totally depends on the video format. YT will never be the go-to platform for the quick dopamine hit people get from mindlessly scrolling autoplay videos like on tiktok.
That's good to know about the monetisation thing - I had wondered if my not running mid-rolls could have been holding vidoes back. Good to know that is not the case.
Very informative video! Thanks for sharing such a good information with us. Take away message, focus on the audience not the algorithm ✅ I will employ this in my next videos
This is very informative. Sometimes I get burned out too. Seasonality is probably a good one to learn. Focus on what audience like is the best video to make. Thank you for making this video tips. I learn a lot from it, hopefully, I could get my channel going with this information. By the way, Your lipstick looks really nice on your skin tone and your hairdo is fantastic! Have a great day!
I have questioned all the questions you have mentioned. Thank you for this content. I am also happy for questions of changing of titles and thumbnails. It was confusing me for so long🙏✌️ Wish everyone here the best in the days to come✌️
Definietly was benefical and uplifting, considering im feeling stuck and unsure of how to get viewers. I just need to continue being patient and trust the process.
I livestream almost daily and my channel never appears on the LIVE tab of any game I am playing. no matter how well or poor the livestream does it never appears on it and yet I always see them same people on the LIVE tab every single day, how do I have a fair chance if my channel is basically invisible for people to see? what even hurts more are channels that are being promoted on there that have next to none viewer interactive been promoted on the LIVE tab. I have been streaming for over 2 years and have never not once seen my livestream on the LIVE tab on any game I livestream.
So in summary, Make videos that the views would want to watch till the end... this would tell the youtube algorithm that your video is of quality... GoodLuck to my fellow creators
Honest and frank question 🤕 take a look at the quality of content I upload, vs the interactions I get, why is it like that? I'm not the best TH-camr out there, but I am also not that bad. Mind you, I even sponsored ads on and off the platform to help with getting subscribers. Unsure what else to say, really...

Your best video for while, well done TH-cam!

Had a similar problem on my gaming channel.
I totally second this!
You could have millions of views and not be eligible.
lol
😂😂
Simple. It's how it is.
*I'm missing more detail on how the algorithm works.*
1- Are the translations in the title new keywords?
All valid points
LOL, you are never going to get detail on anything about TH-cam...think back to the days of monetization and remember the unsurety of that.
BTW, you ask the same questions we all have. I hope they glance at your list.
I have resigned myself to do what I do and make whatever TH-cam decides to give me.
@@GEOsustainable TH-cam will not answer anything
Once a viewer is not interacting with a channel for a longtime, you should send an automatic email asking to unsubscribe. That's useful for creators to have a gist of how many active subscribers they actually have.
I think the same but as youtube notification.
Because if you're the type to use your subscribe button as a like button, You would get spammed!
You can just look at analytics and do the math with how many average views you get on your videos and how many people are already subscribed when watching said video. Then compare that number to your subscriber count.
What a terrible idea. Imagine someone trying out something new and suddenly losing out on the gold / silver play buttons, lol.
LOL, nobody really wants to know that.

Actually I have the same problem, I always ask myself what I’m doing wrong…
Even posting every week is not helping and seeing your views are going down every day is depressing!
I think the best thing is to stay positive and keep going and hoping not to get burned out…
So in summary, CREATE WHAT YOUR AUDIENCE IS INTERESTED IN such that the Engagement, click rate and view duration matches the algorithm tools. Success to all creators

I don't believe the time between uploads doesn't matter. If you take a month longer than usual to upload, users will most likely watch other users and then their feed will fill up with other recommendations other than yours. I found this happening on a few channels.
Perhaps it depends on content as I've seen some meme type channels will disappear for months then come back and upload and have insane views.

I want to believe that tags help videos to be more discoverable when a search query is submitted. TH-cam may more likely give results based on video tags than the content of the video. However, I believe tags isn't necessary in determining what videos TH-cam suggests to viewers when they visit.
lol
The point is even deeper: Do what you love. That way, you'll attract an audience that likes what you do. That's it.

(This is what the BIG TH-camrs have mastered!)
I know this is a long comment but this is what I am starting to implement and was hoping it will help someone else!
I wish everyone here the best in 2023!
Keep grinding! 💪🏾
Great new features being rolled out, and I look forward to exploring more of what TH-cam has in store for future updates. Fantastic!
I appreciate THIS reminder :) I just got accepted to YPP. Such a milestone for my channel. Self-care definitely is top priority.
Thank you TH-cam for this update.
It'll go a long way to move our channels forward.

This is amazing and highly appreciated! You answered some of the most important questions that everyone has!!!

They do sort of "throw you a bone" when you are first starting out. Especially with shorts. But then you kind of have to earn your keep.
I watched and liked a bunch of your shorts and also just subbed! You guys are pretty entertaining. 😁
Definitely agree that we should spend less time trying to keep a daily upload schedule and more time ensuring we are making videos at the quality they deserve to be. The subscribers will still be there and will make the uploads even more special when they are further apart. Can you imagine a band trying to release an album every day?

4000 hours is such a struggle for some channels that do not want to make 10 min content... I am felling desmotivated and exhausted

You're absolutely right, we need to speak the truth. Nothing is right.

About time YT themselves can finally say it was always about the AUDIENCE and not " pleasing some algorithm ".
So is Yt basically saying make content your audience likr and not what YOU like?
I am currently suffering the effects rn
You say "creators ask, what type of videos does the algorithm like best?". This is later followed up by "focus on knowing your audience and what they like". My question is, what if I want to change my content to a different subject? Am I at the mercy of my audience not wanting me to change, thus forcing me to keep producing the same content? Would I have to create a new youtube channel to break free, and what if I don't want to create a new youtube channel? What is your solution for this problem?
Thank you very much youtube team for these tips. It is very helpful for us as a youtubers. 🙏❤

That will be a great feature. 👍

Instead it is exactly like it is with my own watch experience with yt:
If you see one kind of a video, yt will recommend you 10 others day by day from the same, like nobody else would post anymore. Will you switch your interest, exactly the same - 10 videos just from that one for days if you are not aware of it...
Who is creating such a system?
A human system would think like this: Even if somebody is showing interest in this kind of video, we will present new uploads of different channels - this is how a good world can be created.
Informative content! 🙏

How can I bring the video chapters back? :(
Thanks a lot for these FAQs. This video answered all of my questions! :)
@@angieemm absolutely agreed with you 💯
That's good to know about the monetisation thing - I had wondered if my not running mid-rolls could have been holding vidoes back. Good to know that is not the case.
💝
Great, exactly what I was looking for. Thank you again!
What about focusing more on what YOU like? Because I dont wanna get forced to make content I dont like, but my audience likes.
Any tips doly?
Very excellent video my friend. Bravo to you. I wish you success always👍312
I have questioned all the questions you have mentioned. Thank you for this content. I am also happy for questions of changing of titles and thumbnails. It was confusing me for so long🙏✌️
Wish everyone here the best in the days to come✌️
👍👍👍
Definietly was benefical and uplifting, considering im feeling stuck and unsure of how to get viewers. I just need to continue being patient and trust the process.
This was very informative. A good addition to Analytics
THIS WILL REALLY HELPFUL AND NICE VIDEO ,💕💕💕💕
Very insightful! This will help many TH-camrs reduce stress
Thank you for the education provided, it really helps me to continue to develop my youtube channel☺👍👍👍
TH-cam Creators Thank you very much for explaining about TH-cam Search and Discovery: "Algorithm" and Performance FAQ. Best wishes and good health.
Terima kasih atas penjelasannya 🙏
Sangat bermanfaat sekali bagi saya sebagai kreator pemula
Thanks a ton for uploading this most needed video 🙏
So in summary, Make videos that the views would want to watch till the end... this would tell the youtube algorithm that your video is of quality... GoodLuck to my fellow creators
Honest and frank question 🤕 take a look at the quality of content I upload, vs the interactions I get, why is it like that? I'm not the best TH-camr out there, but I am also not that bad. Mind you, I even sponsored ads on and off the platform to help with getting subscribers. Unsure what else to say, really...
VERY USEFUL INFORMATION THANKS
Thanks for tackling this very important subject for small content creators like me!
