Your Hoya with the white trim is a Hoya Carnosa krisom queen. The hoya with the white on the inside is a Carnosa krisom princess. If you use your orchid mix on your hoyas, you will have less rotting problems. I love your videos! Victoria

I put charcoal in my water like you said to in the water for the orchid soda bottles. I have 7 of those bottles in my kitchen window. They are doing so well, one has bloomed three times and one bloomed once after having no roots at all when I started. Thank you

Are you sure you “bushy Hoya” isn’t an Aeschynanthus (Lipstick plant)? In the video, it sure looks like one. In fact looks almost identical to mine. Which is not a Hoya, but I love it!! 🪴💕 I guess you will know for sure if it blooms 😊

I bought a Lipstick plant thinking it was a Hoya a few months back. Imagine my disappointment, well not really. It a beautiful plant and I love it! I read that Hoyas grow leaves across from each other and I believe her plant did have that characteristic.

In Part 1 of your 2 videos you added charcoal to the water with the cuttings. What purpose does this serve? I’ve never seen this done before. Do you change the charcoal every time you change the water? Thank you for these videos, very informative.

Thank you. The purpose of the charcoal, you don’t need change the water, charcoal makes the water clean, doesn’t get bad, no more smell, like a filter for the water

Hi Emaan...i love your videos. Your plants look amazing.
I just need a little advice. I had a bad infestation of fungus gnats, so I put neem oil on my hoyas...some of my hoyas started to die, and leaves turned yellow, so i took them out of their old soil and washed them off. I repotted them, with new soil, but they still look and feel weak, limp. I bought the cal-mag, epsom salt, and better bloom that have to fertilize. Should I go ahead and water the hoyas with that mixture? I saw tue epsom salt helps with the yellowing too. Please advise. Thank u

Hi. Probably fungus gnats ate the hoya roots and you have hoya with rotten roots. You need to plant it deeper, so that the plant will grow new roots. In short time after the Hoya will grow new roots the leaves began turning green. After it will grow new roots you can use those fertilizers.

How do you root snow caps ? I tried moss, water, soil. They just rot on me. Please help me 😱🥴

Snow caps are so picky try placing perlite in a big plastic ziplock bag and wet the perlite and empty the remaining water the place the snow caps in dont bury deep doesnt need that and then zip the bag and in the corner fill with air and seal it and place by a window and xheck on it in every week air it out every week and in 3 to 6 weeks itll have great roots!!!
