Not sure if its me but the sound is horrible on this video. There is a L>R (or R>L) echo with the stereo sound.
Great video though. Thank you guys.

Can I just check, on the first exercise you’re not pushing your arms in to the floor to lift chest up are you? Just lifting the knees, thighs, hips and abs up by contracting glutes and abs and pulling rib cage down?

Does it means we should flex our feet in (towards us), and not straighten (pointed away) when we are training or doing our handstands?

When doing a full handstand you should point your toes. The drill Sam shows us with the feet flexed is just a practice exercise to help.

2 of the guys look like
Geralt of Rivea and Eggsy from kingsmen...
Let's not be hasty naming the third...
    But they're good

Hey just tried out to do a l-sit on parallels to an handstand. My elbows are tucked in and my nose is 2 inches of the floor. Everytime I push out my back arch and I fell on it. Got any tips for this? If my friends hold me I can do 8 "handstand" pushups.

Hey Mickey, First of all, well done on getting to where you have! A combination of working on the alignment work from this video, and just taking it really slow as you push out is the best advice I can give over here. Continue to develop your pushing strength, with some slow Pike Push-ups, use Eccentrics also, and you develop the strength to maintain Time Under Tension, whilst you figure out the skill side of the "push out". All the best and thanks for the great question! Just a matter of time and consistency! Seth
