    You're not concern about Diversity or hiring people of certain Ethnic groups. You're only concerned about filling a diversity slate (AKA Compliance guidelines). Using Hispanics and Africans to interview, so you can move forward and hire only Whites, Indians and Asians to meet your quota. Especially for Recruiting and Sourcer roles. You're only pushing "Diversity" now because you were called out.

      lmao shut the fuck up. you're just mad your specific ethnic group is over represented in certain groups and not paying homage to the fact that these companies have "diversity quotas" and "compliance guidelines" in the first place. You need to realize these rules aren't set in place to help "minorities" but to literally force companies to hire less white people. Or in other words, It's not about helping you but hurting whites.
