NCO Induction Ceremony

The 1st Infantry Division held a noncommissioned officer induction ceremony as a signature event for the "Big Red One Year of the NCO." The "Year of the NCO" is a 1st Inf. Div. initiative that recognizes the outstanding performance of its enlisted leaders and highlights the leadership, discipline and standards of the NCO corps.

When I went to the induction Center, they told me to sit down in the brown chair. They said color perception perfect. Then he shot a gun in the floor and when I jumped he said hearing perfect. Then they asked me if I had any diseases. I said I had the flu about 5 years ago. He said I mean in the last 3 days
