- Today I do a service on a 2012 Peugeot Expert 2.0 HDI Diesel.
This engine can also be found in the Citroen Dispatch and the Fiat Scudo of the same year, so the service procedure is the same. - ยานยนต์และพาหนะ
Great video thank you
Just managed to undo oil filter with a chain spanner without removing/disconnecting anything!
Bit of fiddly work with fingers bit manageable ☺️☺️☺️
Great video dude, was wondering if you've done a video on adjusting the handbrake? I've actually got an expert tepee but I think it's the same
Excelente video, gracias por la información 👍
Great video!
I have same from 2014 and I can't find the DPF sensor, DPF was flushed and the garage told me I need a new DPF sensor. Thanks
Привет из Беларуси. Сool job.
Would be able to show how to take the cover of the fuse box in the engine compartment please 🙏🏼 if possible
Just changed my oil and oil filter . Access to the oil filter is only possible if you have hands the size of double jointed squirrel!
Great video bro ! Can you please show us also where exactly you place the jack stands? Thank you in advance!
I will show where I place the stands in the next video that I'm able to do where I have to lift a car but usually I try and place them onto the subframe or rear axle somewhere
Great video! Just wanted to ask the duct on top of the engine. Where is it connected to? Tried removing it earlier for easy access on the Oil Dipstick, there was a hose at the back of the duct but I dont know where is it connected. Thank you in advance!
Really sorry I can't actually remember where that pipe goes to it's been quite a while since I saw the van.
@@TheZXGuyIf it's still relevant, it's the duct for the cabin air filter, you can get it out of the way by removing four 12mm flare nuts, 2 in front just beneath the engine bay lip and 2 on the sides at an angle of the duct.
Gives much more access and puts way less strain on the oil dipstick i assume since i did some diagnosting on a 2.0HDI Jumpy G9 from 2012 today, of which the part that dips in the oil seems to have broken off, likely due to the nearly 90° the dipstick has to be taken out off
Did u ever replace the glow plugs on that van Iv a 2011 dispatch and there rite down the back of the engine
thanks
You're welcome!
Good job mate. I was wondering if you could help me with my car it's exactly the same with this... Please?
Come to spain, please! I need a help with my red zx.
Can you tell me how to change a Fuel Pump for a Scudo 2.0 ta
Hi, can I ask you if you know where the EGR vale on this engine is? Thanks in advance and great video!!
at the front of the car,in the lenght of the engine blok (towards the gearbox)...as close as posible against the engine...if you have an egr problem first check the trottle in the intercooler pipe!!!!!!sometimes the arm from the electric motor comes off!!!
Changing the oil filter it’s really a challenge, i also said a few ‘nice ‘ words for the french :))
Yep definitely a stupid location for that one
Hello there, do you recommend changing the gearbox oil, my Citroen Dispatch has done 130,000 mile's on it now. Not sure, if you should change the gearbox oil, what do you think.
Manufacturer usually say that the oil is good for the life of the gearbox but I personally change gearbox oil around that mark cause something else normally goes wrong like a cv boot where as you have to pop the driveshaft etc.
The gearbox oil will allways need to be changed during a clutch change or drivshaft pull as the oil drains out anyway.
Just doing a oil change on a gearbox with no issuse on the vehicle is a personal choice but certainly wouldn't do any harm providing you use the correct type and amount of oil.
Hope this helps
Thank's mate, do you know which Genuine gearbox oil i need for the automatic? Will hopefully get it done this week.
@@XFR937 if you put your reg into euro car parts website and search for the gearbox oil it will tell you what oil you need and some times how much you need.
I wouldn't like to say a type or quantity because I don't know sorry.
Where is the air filter in the engine?
Hi, the air filter is on the right side a long plastic box
Do you know the engine code?. DW10TD?.
I'm not aware of the engine code for this vehicle I just give the registration number to my parts place when ever I need anything sorry.
@@TheZXGuy OK; thanks
You didn't show how to change fuel filter
Unfortunately I had to do more of a show and tell style video rather than a demonstration video because I was struggling with time that day but I do explain how to do the fuel filter at 4:30 if that's any help
Ok no problem thanks@@TheZXGuy
