    Glad it stayed dormant for you... As the start sounds like you are trying to summon bubbling lava!

    Next module from DivKid: "The Shiver Modulator" which emulates cold hands on a mountaintop.
    Parameters include: Temperature, Wind, Altitude, Thermal Insulation, Ground Moisture, Cloud Cover (this thing designs itself!)

    Burrrr! Looks chilly. Shivering is self modulation 😁Nice performance and beautiful view.

    Dear Ben, thank you for inspiration over the last years. Nice to see, that we go a similar way if we perform in the nature. Thousands miles away, some different modules, but inspired from the energy of the world around us.. thank you for teaching me.

    I can't believe Ben was cold up Mt Ranier - he's from Bradford - minus 5 degrees C is summer to us Yorkshire folk. Surprised he wasn't wearing the Yorkshire mankini - a string vest and knotted hanky on his head!

    • @DivKid
      @DivKid  ปีที่แล้ว

      hahahaha I know I'd been away long enough to loose the Yorkshire edge, string vest and shorts!

      haha! We had a battery for the 12U modular and a Roland Cube that was a little monitor (had earphones in too) I think it was on about 60-70% after I'd been playing with the system (playing longer than this video was recorded I should add).

    werent you afraid of humidity building up on your modules? They produce heat, and its cold outside isnt that a recipe for condensation?

    • @DBPawlan
      @DBPawlan 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Since this is at a somewhat high altitude, it was very dry up there.

    • @bjondersson
      @bjondersson 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I don’t think condensation will occur when you bring a warm box out in the cold, because the absolute humidity outside in the cold is low (you can’t put much water in cold air). Things condensate when you bring something that is cold into warm air. Warm air can carry more water without saturating it, and when it is chilled down it will saturate and condensate. When the warm box is outside it will not start “collecting” water from the air. The relative humidity inside the box will be lower than outside. What I’d be worried about is that it looks like it’s raining a little as can be seen on the camera lens.

    Technically live "several miles from" Mt. Rainier, but whos keeping track? Regardles, still one of my favorite areas on the planet. I'm glad to have grown up in its shadow. I hope you enjoyed your time here! Also, very cool set, thanks for sharing.
