    These are by far the best work HIIT workouts you can do. Thanks to Dans videos I am in the best shape of my life at 42. I do this one and the 45 min gym replacement (brutal 😅) and have had great results. Stick at them 👊🏻

    I went into this with 35 lb 25 lb & 15 lb DB's ... AND BOY did i have to use em all. It became progressively more challenging and definitely overloaded the muscle even with lightweight. Loved this all the way through.

    So I finished the 42 day shred playlist now Im integrating these into my workouts during the week. I challenged myself to be great this year and I'm glad I'm showing up for myself. These workouts are fun and easy to understand but very hard hahaha I love every second thank you.

    Day 2 just completed. Burpees were invented for torture!! Some of the exercises were a really hard, but it made me feel better to see you struggle, too. lol

      haha. yes, burpees are the devil... and I kind of like them 😈 But really, great job. Modify any of the exercises as needed, the most important thing is that you get through the workout. I'll struggle through them just like you, no shame in that! Just keep on pushing yourself! You got this. 👊🏼

    Damn, this channel is changing my life at the moment. I’ve been doing workouts/exercise for years but ended up getting caught up in a boring exercise routine that I did for years. I forgot that variety is key in working out.

    When I started doing your workouts, I had to stop at 50% with 6kg dumbbells. Now I did the whole workout with 8kg. Thanks for the quality workouts!

    Excellent workout. I really enjoyed it. It was a good pump. It was challenging as well. I liked how you covered the total upper body and also included the abs.     I was just recommended you after reaching a plateau with Heather Robertson workouts (still love her!). I'm really enjoying the newness and freshness of your programmes and can already feel that I'm working much harder. I have no idea about the high low spiderman plank thing - that completely defeated me. So clearly an area I need to focus on. Thanks for a great workout.     I did another workout from you that I watched yesterday, today I can't do anything even though I'm working out regularly every day. I feel my body sore. My chest and my legs had the biggest challenge 😂. I can't do my core workout but I'd done the challenge . I almost cried at the leg workout. By the way love it . At least I can motivated myself with the workout and stick to it.

    Freaking Much!!!! Your videos have been my Go To workouts for the past couple of weeks. Done all the workouts you’ve posted for the wee… plus a couple of the jump rope workouts. Again.. keep up the hard work… and in turn… I will continue doing them, and spreading the word.

    I love this guy, just did his weighted ab routine. Killer! Went to checkout what else he had. Tomorrow is upper so will try this. Btw, love the music, perfect accompaniment to both workouts.
