    Mediterranean Orzo, 4 servings (from my app Fivesec Health)
    1 yellow onion
    1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (in oil)
    4 tbsp fresh basil
    4 tbsp fresh parsley
    2 garlic cloves
    1 fresh chili
    1 cup cherry tomatoes
    1/2 cup kalamata olives
    1/2 cup artichoke hearts
    1 red bell pepper
    1 tsp smoked paprika powder
    1 tsp dried oregano
    1 tsp dried basil
    1 tbsp tomato paste
    6 oz (170g) orzo pasta, dry
    2 cup (480ml) vegetable broth
    1 x 15 oz can cannellini beans
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    Green Curry Noodle Soup, 4 servings (from my app Fivesec Health)
    For the soup
    1 red onion
    4 garlic cloves
    2 tsp ginger, ground
    1 tbsp green curry paste
    4 cup vegetable broth
    1 1/2 cup (360ml) coconut milk (full fat)
    2 tbsp tamari sauce
    2 tbsp lime juice
    1 tbsp maple syrup
    For the tempeh
    7 oz (200g) tempeh
    1 tbsp tamari sauce (Or use pre-marinated tempeh)
    For the mushroom
    1 cup portabello mushrooms
    For the noodles
    6 1/2 oz brown rice noodles, dry
    For the topping
    4 tbsp fresh cilantro
    I also used green bell pepper in the video

      @@poppyr4639 smashed dill chickpeas is mu go to for lunch! Lentil loaf.. there's a pasta salad thats so good. I can't think of the name right now. Ratatouille, so good! Her recipes inspire me to tweak them for my family. Her app has made it fun to cook again thats for sure

    That orzo looks amazing and I think it would be great for meal prep. I would definitely want to add some more protein maybe like tofu and leave out the sun dried tomatoes.

    Its weird seeing you in pants :P cant wait to try this mediterranean orzo! I always do a greek salad (with salted tofu instead of feta) mixed in with my orzo so its gonna be a nice change.

      They are written in my app below each recipe :) But I think they range between 500-600

    Your delivery is very monotone, which makes it irritating to listen. You seem to speak in one note and then add a different slightly higher note on the last word.
