Bonjour my lovelies, I’m so glad you are loving this video, and you are beautiful. Don’t forget to subscribe and tell me your real age and how you are felling in your head. Love ❤️ frederique
I’m going through something similar. I was just thinking- is anyone watching going through what I’m going through? How are they doing it? Where are they finding their inspiration when no one seems to be concerned about beauty and skincare when facing cancer. I’m 50 and need to figure out how to start everything in my life over. Happy to see your comments. We survivor/thrivers need an extra bit of encouragement. 💕
I am 71 but in my mind I am 35. I surprise myself every morning when I look in the mirror and see an older woman. I feel that I look good for my age because I have always taken care of my skin. I truly believe if you take care of your skin at an earlier age you will see the benefit when you are older. Love you so much. You look fabulous today.
My husband told me the day before yesterday he does not recognize himself in selfies (he is only 48). He feels younger (he is, in fact), but he feels he is still in his thirties, so that man with grey hair and some wrinkles... ??? "That's not me", he says. So, I understand what you say, Barbara.
I was going to say the same words 😃 I am 71 & feel 35 always took care of my skin since I was a little girl imitating my mom & grandmother who were skin care addicts 😂
I will be 76 in May but I look, dress and feel better now than I did when I was 50! I ride a Harley Davidson motorcycle and I’m very active. I wear a size 2-4 (US). Love your channel!
My mother (who lived to be 99 years 363 days and only died because of pneumonia) always taught me to have a positive attitude and to never sit down because when you sit down - you die. She was very active in mind and body until her death. So I stay active, eat healthy and keep a positive attitude. I’m now starting over in my life because I lost my husband of nearly 60 years (by 3 months) in December but that does not mean I’m giving up on life or living a full life.
I am 60, but I feel 40. For me, the thing that has changed me, made me feel older, is menopause. The change in my hormone levels has really changed how I feel about everything. It makes me realize just how many of your life decisions are influenced by your hormones. 😏 But I appreciate the wisdom that comes with age.
Agree 100%!!!! Hormones plays a HUGE part in how we feel and it is difficult to find a BHRT Dr. That can get it right. I just turned 60. I can tell when my hormones are out of sync by how I feel and where my thoughts go. I also suffer from thyroid (which is also a hormone) and hashimoto. I saw my mother age seemingly overnight when she hit menopause and saw a noticeable change in my looks then too.
Ladies, we NEED to look for good professionals who know how to work on hormones modulation and bio-identical hormones. I suggest you look for interviews with dr. Erika Schwartz on youtube about it. Unfortunately to me (who lives in São Paulo, Brazil), she lives in NY, but she opened my eyes about what we need to do. One important thing is to begin balancing our feminine hormones BEFORE menopause, because the symptoms can begin up to 15 years before we enter it, which was my case, but I (and my doctor) misunderstood it with PMS... Anyway, doctors in general were not ready to deal with it, and still aren't. I wish I had known all this before. Although I do hormone reposition now, I haven't found a doctor like Erika Schwarz yet. I first heard about her through a youtuber who is from London and goes once a year to NY for consultation with her, because also in the UK it's hard to find someone like her. Men are not interested in studying about menopause, so now some women doctors are researching more about it.
Same here. Menopause really hit me hard, it was gradual but I noticed changes, especially my skin, hair, and nails. Still looking for a specialist to work on my hormones.
57 years old and in my head I am in my 30's. Love the way I look in my late 50's. This is a wonderful stage of life. Loving it all. Confidence has finally set in.
I'm 72 and in mind I'm grateful for every day having survived lung cancer two years ago. Work full time with much younger women who keep me engaged and current. Irish no melanin which has kept me out of the sun, and realized I've been wearing a capsule wardrobe since my early 20s. Age is a number ATTITUDE is everything. Thanks for the inspiration, and with your attitude you'll always feel young and look it🙂💚
I’m 64 and don’t feel a particular age, so in a way ageless. I also stay away from processed food. Still work and stay physically active. Try to stay engaged and always learning something new. I love your upbeat positive attitude
I’m turning 62 very soon. I feel like I am 40. Taking care of my skin, maintaining a healthy weight, walking and weight training and experiencing new things all help you feel good at any age. For everyone, but especially the younger ladies, it’s sunblock, sunblock, and more sunblock. Much easier to protect your skin now rather than try and repair it later!! Thank you for your wonderful content!❤️
I will be 70 in October and get compliments on my skin from ladies in their 30’s. I have chronic pain but go to the gym everyday and do small weights, Zumba, line dance. I drink a lot of water and get my sleep. Also I am grateful everyday for the life I have lived; the good and the difficult.
ramp up the strength training! You can and should train with barbells and heavy weights. You can start at any age. And yes people in their 90s; people with arthritis; and people with Parkinson's can and do train with barbells. The best thing I ever did. Follow the Starting Strength method - read the textbooks; binge watch the free video tutorials. You can teach yourself and you can get online coaching. th-cam.com/video/x6BiOp34_WA/w-d-xo.html
I’m 57, but most of the time I have to really think about how old I am when asked. I feel no different than I did in my early 30s except that I feel more grounded and peaceful. Love your channel!
I am 57 but feel 22, didn't really start "living" and accepting myself until I was divorced at 50, now life couldn't be better and I LOVE my age and the younger men that come with it!!
I’m 58 years old and still young at heart. Some days I feel young and other days I feel absolutely ancient. We can’t go backwards so I believe in moving forward with a positive mindset. I focus what I can do to stay young: eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, get as much sleep as possible, go to the gym most days, walk my dog in the fresh air every day, do stretching exercises, have an active social life, talk with friends and family, laugh often and cry occasionally. Nothing is off limits.
I'm 25 years old, and when I watch your videos, I feel like you are my fabulous French aunt who gives me all the beauty, fashion, and life advice she's learned. I love it! :) I'm going to be a mom soon as well, so any tips for looking less tired are always appreciated!
Hi Frederique, I will be 77 next month. There are days I feel 40 and days I feel 90. However, each day is a blessing. I aqua exercise M-F this helps with my chronic back problems. I think looking and feeling young is a matter of a positive attitude!!!! Hugs to Oscar. Best to you always. lol xxx
Love your positive attitude! I am 62 and most of the time I feel much younger and dress much younger than others in my age bracket. I guess I just don't feel 62. Then there are those days I look in the mirror and think wow so much has changed over the last decade. I think keeping active is a big plus as I see my aunt @94 still playing golf and rowing once a week.
I’ll be 69 in two weeks but I feel 50. I think the secret to looking my best (in addition to watching my weight, dressing well, applying makeup well) is a big, genuine smile!
I feel the sameIll be 69 in about a month Other than a bad knee , I feel better than I did 20 years ago Taking care of yourself, healthy food, vitamins and a good attitude
I'm 43 years old, but emotionally and spiritually I feel like I'm 16 years old. While intellectually I gravitate towards that of a 84 year old woman. Its hilarious and a huge contradiction I like to learn, experience and stay optimistic regardless of the challenges I face!
I’m going to be 58 in June. I’m still teaching cycling and destroying students half my age. Lumify is a game changer. I collect coupons for it. I do almost everything you’re doing too. Sleeping is tough. Botox is King. You’re beautiful Fredi and I wish you were my neighbor. I’d love to have coffee with you. ☕️
I am 60, and dress younger. I only use Dermol 500 on my skin due to excema, & haven't had a flare up in a while! I honestly feel maybe around 50, & happy with looking 10 years younger! When l think about what my Mum wore at that age, it made her look way older than her years!
I’m 73 but I feel that I’m in my 50s feel young at heart ❤️ I’m still working I’m a cook 👩🍳 love my job I make a lot of people happy 😃 with the feed back I receive it lifts me up makes me feel younger then my age, thank you for sharing this with us since I discovered your channel I feel more like a women that likes to dress up, I love classical clothes very feminine I wear a lot of black and white with a touch of colour, when I look 👀 at your video I get more ideas how to mix and match with what I have in my wardrobe, thank you again I love listening to you talk about anything, god bless
61 but often feel like I'm 25 (though my body might disagree). I'm proud to be the age I am. Some people never get to see this number. I celebrate every year. Thanks for your videos. Lovin' them.
Love your attitude Frederique! I am 54 but feel 35. I take care of myself mentally, physically and spiritually. People often think my 4 and 3 year old granddaughters are my kids! LOL
58 and absolutely happy about it. I don’t know what one is supposed to feel like at any age so i just like feeling like myself. The older i get, the less I worry about what people might think about me looks wise but behaving with integrity is really important to me and i get a lot of respect and co-operation from my colleagues for it. I think looking after oneself should come from the angle os self-love rather than the opinion of other people but you covered that beautifully in a recent video!👍👍👍
I turn 38 in 10 days but have always felt 35 even when I was younger. Two years ago I started doing Botox and it was a life changer! Staying active, learning new things, intermittent fasting and high end makeup, quality lingerie are my way to go.
Just turned 66 on May 1st, but I feel 45! My son says I took 50 and I just got told today by a man that I am pretty. I do skin care twice daily since 26 years old and botox rarely and otherwise try to embrace today and my 66 years and not get down about my age. I tell how old I am and am thankful to have lived a happy life full of ups and down with recently retired from long career, raised 4 sons, 2 marriages. Thankful and blessed.
Hi Frederique. I am 63 but feel about 30. I was told that even though you are older you can still feel young inside. Now I realise how true these wise words were!
I'm 48 and one some days I feel 60, on others I feel 35, all depends on what is going on in my head :) love your spirit and how much you seem to enjoy taking care of yourself!
Great ideas & comments ! Beauty is from the inside out - eating well , being active & smiling ! Makeup , hair color , etc. are just icing on the cake !
I'm 75 years of age and prior to having a back problem this past year (with a lot of pain) I looked and felt like I was in my mid fifties however currently can't say the same as still 'on the road to recovery' . i.e.: Am eating healthier. Exercising to build up my muscle mass. On a daily regime of powdered Collagen+NEM intake.
Look into reformer Pilates for back pain. It allows me to stay flexible, mobile, and decreases inflammation, as well as giving me a fit, toned lean body. My physical therapist specializes in reformer Pilates and gave me my routine. I got the reformer used on Craigslist and saved a bundle of $$.
@@hiannahgus574 : I shall definitely look into one, even though right now I am using a rowing machine and do find it is helping. With sincere appreciation of your input and wishing you a beautiful day.
Hi Frédérique! Another great video. Im 52 and I’m so glad I found your channel, it has encouraged me to take better care of myself. I also have Hashimoto’s, it’s pretty bad and I’m struggling. During the pandemic I put on about 8 pounds, your channel has helped motivate me to get moving and eat better so thank you! My skin is in good shape for the most part, I have very fair skin so I’ve avoided the sun most of my life and always wear sunscreen and that’s what I think has helped the most. I do have some redness around my nose from a facial scrub I use to use years ago, maybe I’ll see a Dermotologist for it. Thanks again for sharing your life and tips for taking better care of ourselves! ✌🏻♥️
Ladies watch niesha lives it on you tube. She is a RN with hasimototo and other autoimmune issues she is married to Dr kenberry who helped her to turn it in remission just by diet and a few supplements. Please look them both up. Love you!
I absolutely adore you! I love that you mention to have fun and be light hearted. How we feel personally can affect how we see ourselves ❤️ I’m 27 and sometimes feel 16 or 20. It’s hard to believe it’s close to 30 because I feel like I was 20 just yesterday.
I'm 74. I don't have a particular age that I think about. I'm active and think young. Smile a lot! Take each day as it comes and try to be positive. I don't invite any negativity in my life.
I am almost 55 but "identify" as 43 😊 Like you I started using collagen powder and my hair got very thick again, almost like it was when I was a child. The problem area you talk about above the forehead just filled up with hair. My fingernails also got very smooth and nice like they used to be 25 years ago.
About to turn 71 years experienced, it's hard to realize that I'm not 30something!.. attitude, a smile and natural love and curiosity keep up this joy ongoing. .
I will be 72 on the 4th of May , and i do remember when it was my 50th birthday as if it was yesterday , we were living on the sunshine coast in Australia 🦘 and went out to dinner .and a movie (The movie was Gladiator haha ) At the restaurant my husband said it was my birthday , they couldn't believe i was 50 , but 10 years younger , so it's good to look after oneself, no one can stop getting older , but to look fresh and have a good outlook on life helps . So i say good for you, looking great and youthful because it's goes so quick , Ciao Bella 😘
I dont want to look younger. I am happy looking my age and not ashamed to let people know I am 57. Why should we feel under pressure to look younger..bizarre.
Yes the aim is to look good at whatever age you're at and not pretending to be younger. it's not about looking younger in a sort of try hard artificial way, it's about looking healthy so that it gives a more youthful effect. Many people look way older than they need to.
I’m 65 and going on 25 in my mind! I’m grateful for everyday and feel blessed! Thanks for your practical advice on staying beautiful inside and out Frédérique!
I’m 62 and people tell me I look 10 years younger. In my head I’m 35 but my aching body reminds me how old I really am. I’m vegetarian and I eat healthy food every day, I’ve never had Botox or any other medical interventions on my skin. But I do use sun protection daily and I cleanse tone and moisturise twice daily. I think looking old is down to how you dress and how you behave. I dress younger and behave younger. By this I don’t mean dressing mutton up as lamb but I know my body shape and what suits me. I always check my appearance from all angles before going out, I want to always be the best version of me. Thanks for another great Vlog Frederique. X
I enjoy your videos so much! Thank you for being so genuine and fun. ☺️ I am 49 like you- will be 50 in September. Most days I feel much older in experience and feeling like I have been alive such a long time, but I’m constantly told I look younger and my mindset is probably somewhere in the mid-30’s. Mostly I do enjoy being my current age but at the same time, I’m trying to keep my skin looking as youthful as possible…
Hi Frederique! I've just binged your videos and love your style and sense of humour! Sending you love from UK - 52 years young, thinking I am 35, acting like I am 18 sometimes!! I've been in fashion throughout my life and have just found my groove again - I don't do trends, dress to my (slightly larger) body and play to my strengths. I love your energy and send love and hugs! 😍
65 yrs old and feel more feminine, active, vibrant than I did at 40. My stress level is decreased, the amorous side of me has returned. Love your channel!
I am 67, feel much younger swim a lot and try to keep fit! Have embraced my grey hair and cellulite!! Take care of skin for the first time in my life!!! I love to sleep!! Love you chanel!!!
Hi Frederique, I’m 52 but feel 30 yrs old. I look and the mirror and I do see myself getting older but it I see it as a privilege. I’ve learned to embrace the lines and the sagging as I have never been more self confident and peaceful as I do now in my life. Plus, I’ve been told that “ I’ve still got it going on” by my daughter and husband which helps feed that confidence a little ;)
I am 49. Whilst I think I look pretty good for my age I have had to make changes to my lifestyle. No more staying up late, eating & drinking what I want! On the upside I have lost weight, have more energy & am happier for it. Love your positivity 😘
I will be 66 in June. I had laser resurfacing for my face in 1995 due to facial scars caused while on Active Duty in the Army. I strongly recommend a dermatologist! I use products by Glytone and topicals with treotone
I'm 47 but feel 23 at heart. Seeing a dermatologist is worth the investment. You wont stop the aging process but it can help perk things up a little and it's a huge boost of confidence. Great tips! I think I follow all of them actually 😊Frederique you have the most gorgeous green eyes!
My chronological age is 63, my brain tells me I am still 35, and I dress according to my brain age. Still jeans, boots, tee or shirt/pull over sweater. Fine jewelry is a must. For my hyperpigmentation, I use 3-4 types of lotions, slowly fading. I have felt 35 for so long that I didn’t realize retirement was creeping up. I feel so strange transitioning from saving to spending my retirement accounts.
Another great video! I totally agree with an antioxident serum. My skin doesn't like vitamin C, so I use resveratrol. I also agree with zero screens in the bedroom!
I am 58 years. In my head I am sometime 40,and some time 80 😁 I have allways taking care of my skin Frederique. You look so beautiful ,and have a beautiful karisma. Love you ❤💙💛
I’m 48… and don’t feel necessarily my age but I feel grown. I get mistaken for being younger than I am but I feel 35. I am not the healthiest when it comes to diet, so without a doubt genes play a role but I’ve always taken care of my skin. My trouble area is the loss of volume underneath my eyes - moreso due to yearlong allergies. I am thinking of getting fillers to pick up the volume.
I’m 53, but I think of myself in my 30’s…maybe 35. I’ve learned so many amazing things from TH-cam (including your videos) and I stay active. I love to cycle and I love to SCUBA dive - these give me an excuse to travel to wonderful places and to enjoy the outdoors. Love you and your channel.❤️
I'm 67 and at times I feel like my 40's, but not going to lie other times I feel like my 50's . . still never feel my age and am surprised to see the older face in the mirror. Thanks so much for all your tips. Also, I'm always smiling and keeping a happy attitude which I think it's very important.
Hello! Love your Video. I am 54 but in my mind I am 30! I go to raves (music festivals) and dance with younger people, it’s almost therapeutic and it is the simple things that keep me passionate about life.
I'm 42 and after I tackled my first half marathon in December of 2021, I knew I was stronger than I was at 22....in my head, I am 42. I don't care to convince myself that I am anything but my age just because society conditions everyone to believe we "can't" be as vital as I am at 42.
Hello hello again! I'm 41 and I'm feeling like 41😁! I'm feeling good with my age now... I had a 2 year depression but I see life in a much better way now. I can be dressed up now , and wearing make up, and diving my hair.... 💇♀️💇♀️And taking care of myself👌👌👌 I see life in a better way. Thank you
62 feel 32 and jog 6 km every day, but since I don't dye my very white hair it seems some people just look at it and treats me as if I am 100, then gets shocked when watch me running to take the bus 😄😄😄
I know, people just judge anyone with grey or white hair as "old" which is ridiculous and is the reason people just keep dying their hair. I hate putting those chemicals in my hair, they are so drying. I just have a little grey at this stage which I don't like the look of but would be happy to have a full head of beautiful white hair. I train with barbells and might in future be entering master's powerlifting comps. If I do I'm going to do it with grey hair!!
Lady you are gorgeous and classy! I am 51, soon to be 52 years young and use a lot of the tips you mention in this video. People guess me in my late 30’s early 40’s, I agree that you are what you eat and food is medicine. I recently happened upon your channel a couple of weeks ago and I click, click, click because your content is wonderful, blessings from the US🤗
Bonjour, Frederique: I am almost 60, but my skin is very young looking. People are always surprised when I tell them my age. I think it is because I do not drink alcohol and I have never smoked and these both dehydrate the skin. I also never have more than one cup of coffee (1 shot of espresso) each day. Thank you for being honest about your skin care - you look great and it's nice to know how you maintain your skin when there are so many people out there where you think, how do they do it?
I’m 50 years old. I feel 80 when I wake up and 35 after make up. I agree about your tips (collagène, less alcool, etc). Follow women like you help me because the tips of young ladies are not useful for me now. Tank you for your cool and useful videos 🌺🌞🦋
I am 49 and in my head I’m 30. I look in the mirror and yes sometimes see my mother looking back at me. But I want to take her example and take pride in my appearance and not be a slave to frumpy clothes just because I’m not 30 anymore. My mum always dressed well and sadly I cannot talk to her about this as she has Alzheimer’s. Thankfully I came across your channel at the right time. It is hard to find TH-camrs who aren’t 20 year olds (which in themselves make us older girls feel older still!) and so I’m grateful for finding this channel. You are an inspiration to me - and I’m already on my way to building some staple clothes in my wardrobe that will make me feel good about myself and have a touch of Parisian chic style. Age is a privilege but that’s not to say it’s not a challenge when we look in the mirror expecting our 30 year old self to be looking back at ourselves! Thank you so much Frédérique for your tips, your click, click, click and your positive attitude. 😊
66 but mentally am still in my 20's. Clarins Nutri Lumiere range is my favourite. I use their SOS primer with SPF 30 under make-up. I like the Beauty Flash balm too. The biggest challenge with ageing is weight control so I do intermittent fasting and I focus on fresh and organic foods. I weigh myself every morning (this sounds obsessive but it works for me). The scale is merely a tool to guage whether or not I've gained weight. It doesn't register clothing size or one's silhouette, so as long as I don't go bigger than a size 8 to 10, I'm happy. I exercise regularly by going to the gym and walking my Chihuahua boy Tiki. Thanks for your channel Frederique. I've learned a lot of helpful information from watching you. All of this must be working because a few months ago, a shop assistant referred to my husband as my 'dad'. He's only 2 years older than me. I'm still laughing about this. Xxxx 😘
Dear friend, you are an inspiration! You are true to what you advise because I see you growing younger since I began watching your channel right at the start. You look gorgeous and you seem very happy! Amazing to feel I know you, thousands of miles from the U.S.A.! I’m 67 yrs., I feel in my late 80’s and used to feel always a happy 35 yrs. Seven years ago a car accident while I was working in hospice going, from one patient to the next, changed my life. Everything should have been covered by our Workers Comp system. But here in CA, it’s so corrupt, I had no medical care for serious brain trauma and Ortho injuries, disabled since, now thrown into bankruptcy, often homeless…awful after a 30 yr career and study to a masters degree. Yrs ago, I watched your channel for ideas, now to give my mind a break. My family has disappeared. So sorrowful because I love them all and, as the oldest, helped them so much. Two doctors say, if I don’t have support and help from my family, I won’t survive and just a year of very steep decline. That’s just what is happening. I think most of it is being trapped in an evil system with wicked people ruining my life to make money from my accident. The insurance companies, the crooked lawyers, the crooked doctors, my crooked employer, it’s organized crime. Just about everything in CA is. I think exposure to this is lethal. I wish I could just go to the ocean and walk in the sunshine, just 15 min. away, like I used to, like I see it blessing you with youthful joy. Your beautiful energy reminds me of who I used to be and inspires me to walk away from all of it now that it can’t get any worse 💕
Thank you for sharing some of your routines for looking marvelous. I am 68 and loving and appreciate everyday I wake up. I have beautiful memories of when I was a teenager, young woman and mother/wife. Now partially retired but active with technology and gardening. We get better with age.
Girl you are beautiful!! I will be 72 in August a very young at heart 72!! I feel my skin is so much better than in my 40s! People think I’m maybe 50!! More skincare simple makeup. I don’t have a lot of lines but I love my smile lines. I feel like I did in my 40s. I don’t do Botox and won’t do face lift but I have used retinal Trentinoin since it first came out as a skincare product! I don’t do the sun I’m fair and burn up in 5 minutes. I have been married 52 years 53 in a couple years!! Met him when I was 15 and never looked back!! Always do self care my friends. That is a biggie for me along with ballroom dancing walking some yoga and meditation and eating good food. It’s a mindset! I just have a young outlook on life and enjoy myself! Frédérique you are one amazing woman!! My favorite thing about you besides CLICK CLICK CLICK is your videos and your sense of style and honesty about yourself and the way you capture the questions in women’s minds!! Keep up the great work you are loved ❤️❤️😂😘😘🙏🙋♀️
I'm 58. About 20 years ago I had a few IPL sessions and it really lasted. Last year I had C02 laser resurfacing (Mixto), which I actually wouldn't recommend as it took away a lot of my facial character, and already I have a couple cancer spots needing to be burned off and I thought it would have helped with that. I had a terrible time with no self esteem/co-dependency all my life. Have cut contact with my family and it's made a huge difference but now I need to 'grow up' all over again as I had such a messed up start. Get rid of toxic people! The best way to look younger? A big heartfelt kind smile! I recently had a missing tooth replaced and all my dental work caught up and with my newfound happiness the smile just takes years off!
I am 63 and my hair was thinning at the temples like yours, and just getting thin all over. I purchased an iRestore laser and am very pleased with the results of my hair growth. I highly recommend it.
Just turned sixty in March but feel, dress and act 35!! I have ALWAYS told myself..age IS JUST A NUMBER, if I want to wear a two-piece swim suit and or a mini dress I'm gonna and I do!! Of course you look lovely as always and def don't look 49!! Hugs and kisses Kathy
I’m 44, 25 in my head 😀. I keep active , try and eat healthy , think positively, get my sleep in, and I’m grateful daily for my health , family , friends etc. life is beautiful 😍
Just watching this now my lovely. I’m 59 and will be 60 in 5 months🤯. However, it’s just a number to me. In my mind I feel like I’m in my 30s. I must tell you that this is the first time I have ever commented after watching a TH-cam channel. That’s how much I’m enjoying yours! Chow!
I am now 55, but definitely feel about 30 :) I love being this age. It felt like I came alive at 50, but I do think ageing affects us all - but it doesn't have to let us 'feel' old. You look beautiful. Yay 49! I use collagen too. I've been using it for 15 months now, and I can feel a difference in my joints, my hair fall-out and my skin! The best thing besides Vitamin C serum and Tretinoin. Stay well and thank you for your lovely videos xo
63 chronologically ... sometimes I feel in my 80's, but most times I still "feel" like I did in my 40's. I have wrinkles, gray hair, and excess weight - but I have "earned" it all. And I have finally come to accept myself as I am - a strong woman who is proud of herself (I'm also a mother (x2) and a grandmother (x4) - the biggest blessings in my life. I love your channel!
Hi my dear Frédérique. I am 48 but feel 27. One point I wanted to tell you about for the contour for jowls and tightening skin is microcurrent. I do this to stimulate the facial muscles and hopefully prevent sagging. I’m pathetic with makeup and I always feel like foundation just makes me look older, so microcurrent device is my go-to. I use NuFace device that I have had forever, but I see newer brands on the market. I used to be an aesthetician and had clients come specifically for this treatment. You are so beautiful anyway, and your fantastic smile is contagious.
I will be 70 in October, but in my head I’m 40! There are certain age-related issues that I’ve made peace with but I’ve been taking care of my skin since I was in my 20’s. People are usually surprised when finding out my real age.
I loved this video - I have such a problem telling people my age omg I'm now 51 years old but in my head I still feel 20! Those are great tips! Also enjoying each day is so important to take time for something fine!
I'm 55 in June....youppi! I am embracing this new number.... Young Grandmother of two amazing little boys. I love my age. Bring on the gray ...lol 😁 I feel like a 40 year old....
LOVE YOUR VIDEOS! I M 54 YEARS YOUNG. I FEEL 32. I’VE WAS IN A SERIOUS AUTO ACCIDENT NOW 10 YEARS AGO. I'M NOW DOWN TO 2-3 MAJOR ONGOING ISSUES. I WISH I COULD SLEEP THROUGH THE NIGHT. I ALSO LEAVE A FULL GLASS OFF WATER ON MY TEACART IN THE KITCHEN. I DRINK IT EVERYTIME I WALK THROUGH. I AM DEFFINETLY A VITAMIN/MINERAL ADDICT. IF I MISS A DAY IT COMES BACK TO HAUNT ME. KEEP BEING AMAZING
54…feeing 30! Lumify + nude lower liner on waterline…changed my life when I found lumify last year. Checked this out with my Ophthalmologist (because most eye drop are bad for eyes)…he said for occasional use, Lumify is a great invention.
I’m 63 but feel 43, however, I’m a lot happier now than I was then. I feel like I have more freedom to be who I am, do what I want and not worry so much about what people think. I love your tips, laughter is good medicine for sure. By the way, you have beautiful eyes and sensational brows!!
I have a hair disease , lichen planopilaris, and have lost a lot of hair at the temples. Hours look like mine. If you are concerned, a doctor can do a biopsy of your scalp to see if you have it. My dermatologist diagnosed it and also saved my life by finding a melanoma before it was too late. Always get mole check ups. I’m 73 but feel 35. Last week my walk was 19 miles……in one day. Don’t feel my age at all.
I just turned 66 (April 22nd) but feel more like 36, I try to stay in shape with exercise, intermittent fasting and organic food. I am 5'9, 130 pounds and measurements are 36-27-36, old age will find me kicking and screaming my way to the next decades of my life. I also try to keep learning new things, art, music and next up a new language, exercise your brain. The worst thing we can do as we get older is to become sedentary, stop caring and thereby become invisible. Yes, menopause hit me hard as well I gained 35 pounds but finally was able to lose the weight it was a journey, we will never have the skin or body of our youth, but we are still beautiful. Thanks, you are a joy.
I am almost 63y/o I am told I do not look my age. My grandmother told me never to over indulge in hard liquor or alcohol and got me to moisturise from 17yrs of age... Had it paid off..... absolutely and I will always take my make up off even if its 3am in the morning... Thanks be to God and my Grandmother... ✨
Hi Frederique - always love your videos, and tonight I just really needed to take myself out of it and relax for a little while with your lovely self. Am 49 now too and feel 25 always. It's been a challenging year and more for me, and I can't tell you how much your content gives me something to look forward to. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! 🥰😘
I am 75. I can not believe I said that because I feel like I am in my late 40's to 50. I eat healthy, yoga twice a week and just started pickle ball. I work in residential real estate which keeps my mind active as well. Three years ago I was diagnosed with Roscea. The dermatologist is helping me control it. You are so inspiring and uplifting and you help us to appreciate that we are all beautiful women facing the challenge of aging. Please keep the great videos and tips coming. We do appreciate you.
I'm 65 but feel 39 ;). I married a guy 10 years younger so I had a 10 year "do-over"! We've been married 29 years now and I think I look his age or even a bit younger! Thanks to you Frédérique !!
Bonjour my lovelies, I’m so glad you are loving this video, and you are beautiful. Don’t forget to subscribe and tell me your real age and how you are felling in your head. Love ❤️ frederique
I am looking for product links, but I must be looking past them. Help
56 but I feel 35. Partly because I still have teens at home!
Hi Frédérique May I ask what’s the name of the collagen powder you use?
I am 65 and have survived 3 cancers so every day is a bonus. Be thankful that you are getting older - it is a gift.
You’re absolutely right.
You re a brave woman
I’m going through something similar. I was just thinking- is anyone watching going through what I’m going through? How are they doing it? Where are they finding their inspiration when no one seems to be concerned about beauty and skincare when facing cancer. I’m 50 and need to figure out how to start everything in my life over. Happy to see your comments. We survivor/thrivers need an extra bit of encouragement. 💕
Truth.
Totally agree. Strong, admirable woman!
That's the way! 💗 And thanks Barbara
Awesome!👏🏼
Hats off to ya with the motor cycle and size 2-4 petite waist...healthy & active lifestyle!!! Any mantra you follow?
Yes would love to know your mantra Jill 👍
My mother (who lived to be 99 years 363 days and only died because of pneumonia) always taught me to have a positive attitude and to never sit down because when you sit down - you die. She was very active in mind and body until her death. So I stay active, eat healthy and keep a positive attitude. I’m now starting over in my life because I lost my husband of nearly 60 years (by 3 months) in December but that does not mean I’m giving up on life or living a full life.
Woah! Impressive my love 🥰
Agree!
Getting older is a privilege not a right.
Agree!
That's the way! 💗
That's the way! 💗 And thank you 🥰
I will be 70 in October and get compliments on my skin from ladies in their 30’s.
Same for me, Frédérique is our French aunt. ;)
fabulous thank you so much for your smile xxxx
I think the secret to looking my best (in addition to watching my weight, dressing well, applying makeup well) is a big, genuine smile!
i love that 😍
I feel the sameIll be 69 in about a month Other than a bad knee , I feel better than I did 20 years ago Taking care of yourself, healthy food, vitamins and a good attitude
wow! the shot of you with no makeup looks incredible, you actually look so much younger without makeup.
Thanks
I'd love that!
@@ms.frederique Me too! ❤️
I am 60, and dress younger. I only use Dermol 500 on my skin due to excema, & haven't had a flare up in a while! I honestly feel maybe around 50, & happy with looking 10 years younger! When l think about what my Mum wore at that age, it made her look way older than her years!
I am 72 but feel like 50. Good video Frédérique! I enjoy your personality!
That's the way! 💗
Lumify is such a godsend!
I’m 38 but sometimes feel so much older. But there’s also days when I still feel 23.
LOL
Bonjour Frederique. I love your channel! I'm 54, and feel 35, which was my favorite age.
Ksenija hope you had an awesome birthday celebration. 🥂
Agree!
That's the way! 💗
@@canukmrsben Thank you. The Pilates reformer has helped alleviate my back pain issues so much. Do look into it. Many blessing.
Thank you Michelle 💗
Ladies watch niesha lives it on you tube. She is a RN with hasimototo and other autoimmune issues she is married to Dr kenberry who helped her to turn it in remission just by diet and a few supplements. Please look them both up. Love you!
I absolutely adore you! I love that you mention to have fun and be light hearted. How we feel personally can affect how we see ourselves ❤️ I’m 27 and sometimes feel 16 or 20. It’s hard to believe it’s close to 30 because I feel like I was 20 just yesterday.
Fabulous thank you for sharing 🙏
I'm 74. I don't have a particular age that I think about. I'm active and think young. Smile a lot! Take each day as it comes and try to be positive. I don't invite any negativity in my life.
Love that energy!
I am almost 55 but "identify" as 43 😊 Like you I started using collagen powder and my hair got very thick again, almost like it was when I was a child. The problem area you talk about above the forehead just filled up with hair. My fingernails also got very smooth and nice like they used to be 25 years ago.
About to turn 71 years experienced, it's hard to realize that I'm not 30something!.. attitude, a smile and natural love and curiosity keep up this joy ongoing.
.
62 years old, feel like 28 years old! I just got my second total knee replacement surgery and I feel fabulous 💕
Thanks Katie 🥰
I dont want to look younger. I am happy looking my age and not ashamed to let people know I am 57. Why should we feel under pressure to look younger..bizarre.
Totally agree
Because society wants us to. Shaking my head. I don’t want to either 😉
Fabulous love ❤️
65 yrs old and feel more feminine, active, vibrant than I did at 40. My stress level is decreased, the amorous side of me has returned. Love your channel!
I am 67, feel much younger swim a lot and try to keep fit! Have embraced my grey hair and cellulite!! Take care of skin for the first time in my life!!! I love to sleep!! Love you chanel!!!
Thanks Kathy 🥰
Love your positivity 😘
fabulous thank you so much for your smile xxxx
I will be 66 in June.
I had laser resurfacing for my face in 1995 due to facial scars caused while on Active Duty in the Army. I strongly recommend a dermatologist! I use products by Glytone and topicals with treotone
Agree!
Thanks for sharing 🥰
My chronological age is 63, my brain tells me I am still 35, and I dress according to my brain age. Still jeans, boots, tee or shirt/pull over sweater. Fine jewelry is a must.
For my hyperpigmentation, I use 3-4 types of lotions, slowly fading.
I have felt 35 for so long that I didn’t realize retirement was creeping up. I feel so strange transitioning from saving to spending my retirement accounts.
yes jeans are still my most worn item, they are classic. I follow French chic style rules by Frederique and also Marie-Anne Lecoeur.
Another great video! I totally agree with an antioxident serum. My skin doesn't like vitamin C, so I use resveratrol. I also agree with zero screens in the bedroom!
Just seen your comment, i posted exactly the same :) my skin hates vitamin c so much, good i found out. Everything else is fine for me
I am 58 years. In my head I am sometime 40,and some time 80 😁 I have allways taking care of my skin Frederique. You look so beautiful ,and have a beautiful karisma. Love you ❤💙💛
That's the way! 💗
49 like you! Sometimes I feel 20 and sometimes I feel 100.
We all have those days my love 🥰
Also, I'm always smiling and keeping a happy attitude which I think it's very important.
i love that 😍
Hello! Love your Video. I am 54 but in my mind I am 30! I go to raves (music festivals) and dance with younger people, it’s almost therapeutic and it is the simple things that keep me passionate about life.
I’m 73 and think I am 20. It cracks my son up! Thinking now of seeing my plastic surgeon . Me too argon oil and no lines.
That's the way! 💗
💇♀️💇♀️And taking care of myself👌👌👌
I see life in a better way.
Thank you
62 feel 32 and jog 6 km every day, but since I don't dye my very white hair it seems some people just look at it and treats me as if I am 100, then gets shocked when watch me running to take the bus 😄😄😄
That's the way! 💗
Lady you are gorgeous and classy! I am 51, soon to be 52 years young and use a lot of the tips you mention in this video. People guess me in my late 30’s early 40’s, I agree that you are what you eat and food is medicine. I recently happened upon your channel a couple of weeks ago and I click, click, click because your content is wonderful, blessings from the US🤗
Thank you darling xx 😘
Tank you for your cool and useful videos 🌺🌞🦋
thank you so much lovely x
What a sweet comment, I'm glad you like it xx
Hi Frederique 🌼
You are always such a fabulous inspiration!
Your style is obvious and also you warmth and kindness 💛
Thanks Kerry 🥰
@@ms.frederique your very welcome 😊
Thank you for sharing Susan. Really appreciated you are fabulous. Lots of love ❤️
This means so much to me Joyce! Thank you 🥰
@@ms.frederique it’s TRUE my friend❤️❤️🙏🙋♀️😘
Al fin encontré una mujer que habla y se muestra tal como es, natural, sincera... gracias por tus consejos!
Sumas elegancia y clase!
I love that xxx
I am 63 and my hair was thinning at the temples like yours, and just getting thin all over. I purchased an iRestore laser and am very pleased with the results of my hair growth. I highly recommend it.
Fabulous thank you for your feedback x
I just turned 57 last month and because of covid I had a job change that's more active it makes me feel younger and I love it!
Just turned sixty in March but feel, dress and act 35!! I have ALWAYS told myself..age IS JUST A NUMBER, if I want to wear a two-piece swim suit and or a mini dress I'm gonna and I do!! Of course you look lovely as always and def don't look 49!!
Hugs and kisses
Kathy
Stay well and thank you for your lovely videos xo
thank you so much lovely x
I'm 68 and feel 38 in my head. I love your videos such good advice. I have just subscribed today
I will be 70 in October, but in my head I’m 40! There are certain age-related issues that I’ve made peace with but I’ve been taking care of my skin since I was in my 20’s. People are usually surprised when finding out my real age.
That's the way! 💗
I loved this video - I have such a problem telling people my age omg I'm now 51 years old but in my head I still feel 20! Those are great tips! Also enjoying each day is so important to take time for something fine!
43 but I feel 25 :)..my passion for learning and trying new things must be the trick.Staying optimistic and cheerful helps too..
That's the way! 💗
I'm 55 in June....youppi! I am embracing this new number.... Young Grandmother of two amazing little boys. I love my age. Bring on the gray ...lol 😁 I feel like a 40 year old....
I'm going to assume the before and after treatments photos are reversed. The "after" looks like the before, and the before looks great!
Thank you lovely 🥰
I'm 25 and feel like I'm still a child in my head. I'm playing and easily amused, and way less serious and stressed than my peers.
That's the way! 💗
Don't ever lose that spirit
I am almost 63y/o
I am told I do not look my age.
My grandmother told me never to over indulge in hard liquor or alcohol and got me to moisturise from 17yrs of age...
Had it paid off..... absolutely and I will always take my make up off even if its 3am in the morning...
Thanks be to God and my Grandmother... ✨
i love that 😍
Hi Frederique - always love your videos, and tonight I just really needed to take myself out of it and relax for a little while with your lovely self. Am 49 now too and feel 25 always. It's been a challenging year and more for me, and I can't tell you how much your content gives me something to look forward to. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! 🥰😘
Thanks love xx 🥰
Thank you for sharing and liking xx
I'm 65 but feel 39 ;). I married a guy 10 years younger so I had a 10 year "do-over"! We've been married 29 years now and I think I look his age or even a bit younger! Thanks to you Frédérique !!
