I started watching your videos approximately a year ago, all because of my passion for Titanic since I was little. Now, I look forward to your videos every week, not only due to your skill and attention to detail on this particular model but because you are an intelligent, funny, personable and adorable individual.
Hi Garry, Sincerely thank you for the comment. It’s always very nice to hear people enjoy the videos and the model, I get a lot out of it too so it’s a win win 🙂
Nice job Robbie! I agree the Woody's panel work really gives things a nice homely look and adds some depth to the rooms. The large clear windows will show the interiors well so worth adding a bit of detail in those area's. Looking good! JH 😉
Amazingly realistic atmosphere that you have have created through your lighting and attention to detail. It’s a pleasure to watch a master at work. Thank you and please keep “ cracking on”.
Hi there, Good question, I have isolated these joints so they shouldn’t short. If there is a short it isn’t a catastrophe as the lighting circuit is fused and those LED wires are so thin they’d melt very quickly!
Wooowww, looking great. Can you tell me where i can find the shipsmap that you used in the Gymnasium? I used al lot off your'e work on my titanic. Thanks, and keep up the good work.
I asked for them from a Facebook group actually because I couldn’t find them myself! If you go on the Facebook group for this model and look up my name (Robbie) you should find the post. If you can’t access Facebook I will ask the owner of these images if I can put them on my Google drive for the model so you can access them that way. But I will need to ask the creator of these before I can do that because I didn’t make them myself 🙂
Well I suspect there is a debate to be had here! They are skylights for cabins on A deck, as these spaces didn’t get much natural light due to them being further into the ship to accommodate the promenade decks. So I think if there was a light on in the A deck cabin there would be a subtle light from the skid light, but I don’t think it would be as bright as the light you might get from a window. What you have done is fine, so id just go with your gut 😛
Hi there, I don’t think so. I’ll add a few curtains in the windows etc but I’m not going to do the interiors everywhere. I want the officers quarters to look quite shut up and quiet
How long is a piece of string! I hope this year… but possibly into early next year. It’s hard to say, since covid restrictions have eased I’ve had far less time in the house to work on the model.

Youre work is a piece of art.

Great video :) Robbie are the portholes along the bottom not lit? If not I'll have to block mine ...:/

was wondering how would I get a copy of the gymnasium pictures ( meaning the ship and globe ) from you if you have them available
Hi there, they are from Titanic Honor and Glory. There’s a link to them in the description
