You need to read all Anthony Williams books to get a better understanding on how all fruit, veg, herbs and wild foods are beneficial for cleansing to heal, there is so much more to learn. Highly recommend it.

He’s a fake! My advice is to stop following him & stop buying into him.

Hi Theresa - I have read one of his books. He's got some good points, especially with regards to eating more fruits and vegetables. However, I don't like that he makes a lot of claims that are not backed by science.

If you have a juicer, definitely use it! The high-speed blender is just a nice option if you don't have a juicer :)

I like this video, I use my food processor and squeeze the juice out like you did in the nut bag. I've been drinking celery juice for a couple years most every morning. The taste test you talked about interests me, I don't know if I really paid attention to how celery tastes, other than I know sometimes it tastes really good and other times there's an different taste. Maybe it's how the celery is grown? Thank you for your videos! 🙂

Yea, I wonder about the celery taste. I always get my celery from a health food store. The celery being organic (vs not organic) definitely plays a role. I have never thought about making juice in a food processor. Really good to know that it works :)

Hello Petra & Warm thanks to you!!!
I love y'r videos&content,,,u r a great teacher&guide for healthy&wise nutrition & vegan recepies,,,I try to follow all the uploads and learn from them; I do not own a juicer at this point but surely u show its an important 'tool' in the kitchen. Unwisely it was for me to purchase an expensive food processor (about a year ago)...I use it but would have preferred a juicer or high speed blender bc I see how they cover a whole lot more which i wish also for my family 👌🏼💫💫💫🥰👏🏽👏🏻🌞🤗🙌🏽

Celery juice out of my Omega juicer tastes naturally salty with some pulp in it. Generally speaking its nutrients are better preserved than if processed in high-speed blender. Dr. Mercola uses it as brine in place of water when fermenting vegetables.

I have a feeling that straight celery juice would take a few days to get used to the effects for the unaccustomed. Would you agree ?

Most of the times, yes. I make lots of crackers with the juice pulp.

Personally, I’m just relieved the celery juice craze is over. It was ridiculous. I’ve been making a green juice including celery for the past 12 years, and for awhile I couldn’t even find any celery at the store.
