Some things I like, something's I don't.
The downstairs master bedroom and bath chop up and waste the kitchen and living room area... Making them way too small...
The right side pitch to the should be extended upward a few feet to create the master bedroom and bath with sliding glass doors on to the upper deck. The outside spiral staircase should be enclosed made part of the interior. I don't like the idea of an exterior "public" staircase.
Make these changes and I'm sold....

Napakaganda nang design boss! Pwde po mag request gusto ko ganitong design din kaya lang yong lote ko 8.25meter x 20meter. Pwde po mag request nang floor plan na 7.25 x 12meter? Then yong stairs po going roof top ay nasa loob and firewall po sa leftside yong may roof top.thanx.

Salamat po sa panonood, yes po medyo maliit ang frontage na 8.25m, the design po kse applicable kung may frontage kayo na more than 12m, for proper setbacks both sides, otherwise po applicable sya for certain buildig laws yung lote. Firewall would be great option po, kaso it will alter the whole design and plan 😃
