Doesn't make any sense why you would have a 2nd story just for the small game room and deck area. If you're going to add a 2nd story, then you would add a full 2nd story or at the very least a much larger room of some kind to justify the increase of architectual difficulty. I mean, that whole increase for nothing but a small unnecessary room. Ridiculous logic.

You call that loft. It's just maximizing the area above the kitchen and an entry way to the deck. A full 2nd floor is totally different design, not to mention the cost. And this design also gives you the luxury of having a living room with high ceiling without the need of a 2nd floor. It's making use of all the spaces and height you get for having a roof deck.

Wow super love the interior design that put inside the only thing that I've want to change if I'm the client is the paint on the wall maybe a little more dark green and I'll get more space saver beds like the built in beds or custom the super fun thing that catches my eyes is the wooden table and kitchen super wow and the toilet bath wowwwwww

Hmmmm...........the roof is good for the sight , but i wonder if that design can withstand a direct typhoon hit . Just not aerodynamically efficient to deflect wind .
