As an android user, this video and channel has been a complete gold mine rich with information that is delivered so well. I actually wrote down notes between this and your smartphone cinematography tips videos lol. I also purchased the Aochuan Smart XR gimbal with confidence through your coverage and with your links. Thank you for putting out such quality content!
I am glad you found this very helpful. I have never filmed something like that so this is difficult to say, however, from what I would do naturally I would bring the shutter speed to 60 friends per second just so I have the flexibility to slow it down in the post.

Thank you for these videos, but do you have instructions for the more recent Android pro camera setting as some of them have changed. Particularly the Samsung s20fe
So many great settings and clear precise explanation's. I like to know where I can get a good android holder like a clam that will accommodate the phone with its safety cover on like an Otter cover. I don't want to risk the phone falling and break. Gimbals are to costly for me.
Thanks for making this. I use my phone for a second camera during my cooking videos. I use 60fos for slow mode but never realized auto might not get the shutter speed right. Can you do one for pro photo? Have a good week Zdenka!
Excellent, I never knew about this, thank you, amazing what a difference the Pro mode makes especially when it comes to white balance and the option for 21:9 which I didn't know about, awesome. Thank you for sharing.

Love the new video tutorial. Unfortunately my Galaxy S10 Plus does not have the pro video mode feature. It is my understanding that samsung took away that feature. Why they would do that I am not sure. I would love to film in pro mode. That being said, I still really liked your tutorial. Thanks
@@petitelima I triple checked again. There is no more menu mode next to photo. I did a search online, and several sources are saying samsung removed the pro mode video feature. Makes absolutely no sense to me. Because some people have it and some don't. But pro mode is definitely not on my phone.
Hey Zdenka, greetings from Chile. I found your videos so much interesting you make me feel I need to dedicate more time to the stuff I have (some of them after your reviews or recommendations). This particular one is great for me since you explained in great detail the settings in order to effectively leave the auto mode and start exploring your creativity. I have two questions though, with all these settings, would you recommend taking raw pictures so one can post process them afterwards? What would be the appropriate setting (video format file) for video editing? Thanks a lot!
Thank you for your sharing of using pro video mode. 🙏🙏 It is very interesting to use pro or manual mode. I like to use manual mode when take picture or shoot a video. Unluckily I cannot use manual mode when shooting the video because my cellphone no manual mode for shooting video. My cellphone is OPPO F7. I hope one day I have a better cellphone to use manual mode.

Hey Zdenda, greetings from Toronto. Recently, I ran into an issue while sharing videos on Instagram stories that were shot with HDR+ format on Samsung G S10. Apparently Instagram and related apps do not support this format and the videos look bland or washed out. Do you have any suggestions of how to make these videos work on these platforms? Any advice would be appreciated, thanks 😊👍🏼
Too bad my cheap Samsung M21 does not have a pro mode for video. Fortunately I have an app called ProCamX which I got for free and it has all the manual functions I need, which are custom bitrates and resolutions - things the native Samsung app lacks on my M21, especially on the ultrawide lens
I find that if I want to shoot in a res higher than 1080p/30, my shots are time-limited. I cannot find a way to turn that off. I am trying to capture a multi-projector slideshow that is 19 minutes long in 4k. Any thoughts on turning off that limitation? Thanks!
You could record smaller videos and use a video editing app to join them into one long video. Keep in mind that 19 minutes of 4K video will be a very big file. Make sure you have the storage space available.
If you will send me one??? That is one expansive phone... sorry we don’t get them free... lots of people think that we do... on the other hand it is exactly the same...
@@ZdenkaDarula i can confirm, i have the s21 and the modes are essentially the same with the difference that you dont have pro mode on some lenses (like the telephoto one...at least as of may 2021)
Well not possible any of it on this phone. Not forgot lol .....Each phone will have different features such as lenses or a bit of aperture which is minimal
So pity that this app doesn't support full potentiall of my S20 FE. Actually I can switch to ultra wide angle lens, but it lacks 60fps and there is no telephoto lens... I need to switch to google camera (installed through APK) to have 60fps on ultra wide lens...
Thats why I dont use older Samsung smartphones for filming. The Interface is pretty clunky and congested . This one must be pretty hard on beginners, since you need to now so many hidden secrets. You turn one function on, and at the same time some functions will turn off. Its pretty worthless as a tool. I hate that
