I would say using an extension to create larger moves.
Having said that, how would we create something like a dolly zoom?
Maybe advise on getting solid parallax shots.
Putting it in terms of what you need to do as the camera man, and then what we will see in the final shot makes a huge difference.

As usual, your tips are beautifully and simply explained and demonstrated. 👏 I especially like the way that using a pole can add so much interest and perspective to a shot. On a recent trip, where I was traveling extremely light, I was able to achieve this with only a simple selfie stick attached to my iPhone, but I never would have thought to do that without having seen your previous video on gimbal moves. Love your channel, Steve!

I like your tips using the extension pole. I have a basic adjustable monopod, and it works great with my gimbal. I can shorten the monopod length as needed to affect the balance of my setup when I'm not shooting very high or low. Great video, and very helpful. Thanks!

Hi, loving all the Learn Online Videos 😁 You might be someone who knows the answer so- Are counter weights hard on the gimbals motors? I have a DJI OM 5 on the way as well as a iPhone 13 Max Pro 1T but I would also like to use some lens. As you know my phone by itself almost maxes out the camera's recommended weight. I see counter weights for sale but I don't want to wreck my new gimbal. I had planned on a the Moment case and a couple of the standard lenses they sell but now I am worried about weight. That leads us to the question above. If I can use counter weights so I can get away with those smaller lenses, I would be very happy. I'd be extremely happy if I could counter weight enough to put a SmallRIg cage but they weight 60 grams I believe, think that's possible?

Hello from Italy! Thank you so much for this instructional video!
Do you have a suggestion also for a good program to edit the videos directly from the smartphone? (Iphone)

Thanks for sharing, this has given me a lot to think about to improve my fishing videos. Mind you I'll give the vortex a swerve - I feel a bit motion sick watching those shots. Thanks again.
