This video demystifies many the settings of Open Camera that regular people like me are intimidated of. Thank you so much for this tutorial, I have learned a lot along with everyone who watched this video.

I am just going to say this: Ever since I subscribed to your channel, I have learned so much about using my phone to film fishing trips. I am so happy I subbed to you and happy you keep producing great content to help others get good at this. You are wonderfull (with two lls b/c you are that good). Keep up the great work.

And, again, I learn something new. Thank you.
And, VN works on iPhones too. Been using it for a couple weeks...for most of my video stuff it works very well. I have others, but my artistic mind really enjoys the way VN functions. No point for me to drive a Ferrari to the grocery store for milk and cookies.
Really enjoy your videos. Thanks again.

I learn something new with each of your videos. I am a classical pianist and I try to produce good quality videos. I bought a 4K camcorder from Panaconic but you encourage me to film with my smartphone with Open Camera, Filmic Pro and to use Ulanzi lenses. Thank you for your work!

Hi, Simon! I really enjoy your content. On Dec 21 I saw your review of the DJI OM5, which convinced me to choose this one to buy 😃. On Feb 22 I showed you (in the Facebook group) a film I made about a traditional Brazilian religious celebration on a beach.
I've been using the Open Camera for 7 y and now with you on this video I learned some 'new' things 😁
I'd like to tell you that I started the Cinema Graduation (at UFPEL University) and I want to develop/study/practice the mobile filmmaking techniques.
    Thanks!

Great video! So helpful. The only two things I've noticed which are causing a few problems after recording, is that as soon as I press record, the vidoe zooms in slightly and is not as wide angle as prior to recording. And secondly, after the vidoe is recorded, as soon as I go to press play, the video darkens and loses a lot of the brightness and clarity it had when it was recording. Do you know why either of these things happen and how to avoid it?
