I can prove that the Lunch Lady is a confirmed death. She was called back from the ghost zone when Sam forced through a change to the lunch menu. The only way she would know that there was a change is if she had worked there before she died.
That and she stated the menu hadn't changed for fifty years. How would she have known that?

Cujo was implied multiple times to be put down. This is is supported by his violent behaviors, the fact that he has an axiom collar on, and that one of the workers keeps mentioning that they “got rid” of their guard dogs.

Cujo's death would probably be 'put to sleep'. It's said in the episode that the company that owned the watchdogs got rid of them because of security being automatized. That would mean that Cujo was an adult dog, and that's why he has a giant, adult, monstrous form; his 'puppy form' is a manifestation of his most playful, cute side.

I actually like the theory that there are 2 types of ghosts: those of dead people and those born from collective concepts (ideas given form).
my understanding is that they aren't the dead themselves but a imprint of their identity on the ectoplasm in the ghost zone leading to "both kinds" of ghost stronger imprints being more like the humans that spawned them but influenced by other lesser imprints as they clump together till they reach a critical mass thus Ember is at her core an abandoned teen girl but may not be a carbon copy of the girl that supplied the imprint based on her song she wasn't one to respond to rejection with violence after all

Ember's death was actually directly confirmed by one of the directors of the show. They explained that Ember was an unpopular girl in high school who strongly wanted to become a rock star but one day a boy asked her out to the movies. She waited all night for him to arrive, constantly saying to herself, "He's just running late." but when morning came and he didn't show up she gave up waiting for him and went home. However, she was so exhausted that she fell asleep and didn't wake up when her home mysteriously caught on fire, resulting in her dying from the flames.
Her name and "Remember" are all centered around those events.

For those curious about Ember's backstory. Here's what I could gather
In her human life her name was Amber a teenage rockstar, in September she got together with a boyfriend or girlfriend.
2 weeks before death, (Landing somewhere in December) , her partner stopped calling her and was effectively ghosting her. He abandoned her and went on without her. In her heartbroken state she committed suicide by burning up the house she lived in with her inside. The line "You will remember my name" is because she was hoping that through the suicide and the ghostly music that he would get back with her which is why her song despite the rockstar vibe is also a romance song. She wants him to remember her name, even if it means hypnotizing him with her music and by placing guilt in his heart (make him feel like the suicide was his fault).
Yeah def got that vibe from the song.

Before she died, Ember was an unpopular high school-aged girl who had large dreams of becoming a rock star. One day a boy asked her out to the movies. She waited all night for him to show up, saying, "He's just running late." When morning came and he didn't show up, Ember went home. She was so exhausted that she fell asleep and didn't wake up when her house mysteriously caught on fire; it's theorized that she was murdered. She died in the fire, which possibly gave her the name "Ember." Her song "Remember" is most likely based on the above events prior to her death.

The box ghost was probably someone who worked on a ship that carries those box containers or a warehouse that contained them before being crushed by a box container due to people not doing their job properly or him not doing his job properly
I thought Ember’s death was canon as The creators did explain how she died and the fact her song is about how she died.
They didn’t say it isn’t canon they just said that it’s not enough proof that they were humans who died even if it’s strongly implied

The show’s creator has given Ember’s backstory. She was a high school student named Amber that wanted to be a rock star. A boy asked her out to the movies and she had a massive crush on him. She went to the theatre but got stood up. She kept telling herself “he’s just running late” and ended up staying all night. When morning came and she figured out he wasn’t coming, she went home heartbroken. Exhausted, she cried herself to sleep with several candles in her house lit. The candles caused a fire that burned the house to the ground but Amber was in such a deep sleep (due to how exhausted she was) that she never woke and died in the flames.
The story is actually hinted in the lyrics to the full song she sings such as the phrase “nothing but ashes remain” and “you will carry the shame.”
Alright, I don't mean to be an asshole but Danny Phantom is my favorite series of all time. This is a minor detail but it does bother me. Valerie's dad did not own axiom labs. He simply worked there I believe as Chief of Security. It's proved in the episode he is introduced by the fact that he got demoted to a simple security guard. I don't think anyone could demote the owner. Again not to be rude or anything just wanted to point this out.

Assuming that at least the human ghosts were in fact living humans at some point and that Butch saying they are all monsters is simply a retcanon, I really wanted to learn about the backstories of Penelope Spectra and Youngblood.
Penelope because it's strange how she gets older despite being a ghost and Youngblood because he is a freaking dead kid, he is very evil and hates adults.

He's in deep space when struck my the asteroid of ecto-ranium, which ghosts can not touch. He is struck full force by it completely by surprise. Now last i checked it hurts to touch it and vlad didnt have a space suit on when he fled. So again heavily speculated he died in space after being hit, the pain forcing him to revert and of course the vacuum of space doing the job.
I dont think so because I remember it showing him on the asteroid and him just sitting there. I know it keeps his power weakened enough that he cant fly but not enough to force him back into his human side

Sidney Poindexter’s backstory is a little bit foggy but part of what you said was true he is one of the youngest ghost in the ghost zone next to ember however I don’t think he was bullied to death I think his death was an accident sure the bullies tormented him but I don’t think they wanted to kill him. According to the info I gathered it says his death was either an accident or he committed suicide but knowing his personality it’s unlikely he would kill himself unless he was under depression of sorts but one things for sure his locker plays a key role in his death . Sidney protects special kids and nerds who are bullied just as badly as he was which explains why he’s so protective of them he doesn’t want them to fall under the same fate as he did, he is also one of the more friendly ghosts he doesn’t hold a mean bone unless you are bully. personally I think he just wants a friend. Unlike some of the other ghosts like Johnny 13 or Skulker, Poindexter’s powers are weaker then a lot of the other ones because of his stature I suppose but it seems he can’t use his powers while he’s in his lair aka his school for some reason, but overall he’s a complex character with incredible abilities so watch out if your a bully cause he’s s teen with a grudge

It was because of Butch bringing in expensive voice actors without asking Nick first, Butch spending too much on marketing and Butch switching to a too expensive form of animation that made the show go over budget. So basically because Butch Hartman doesn't know how to handle money and destroyed his own show.

Vleaso I remember when it happened but there was no TH-cam or internet back then (and I don’t mean literally I mean if a show got cancelled the creators didn’t have twitter or an outlet to post why) but my theory is butch really figured Danny Phantom could be a hit like spongebob or FOP so he did all these things to really push it. Bc around that time FOP got axed DP was doing well.

Ember's death is confirmed. She got stood up on a date and stayed up all night waiting for him. The next morning she went home and felI asleep. Her house started burning somehow but she couldn't wake up before it was too late and she burned to death.
But that was never shown or directly mentioned so although it’s implied it’s not confirmed within the series

Bullied to death could mean two things: he was killed by his bullies or he killed himself for being bullied.
Maybe they are both? Ghosts born in the ghost zone and people's souls manifesting there after demise. Could be the reason they have abilities as well.

I have my theory on those other ghosts. Vortex, Undergrowth, the Ghost King, and such are either dead nature spirits or in the ghost kings case dead gods of old. That's why they are much more powerful than other ghost.

He's Fright Knight's boss, who is practically a Wild Hunt member
And Wild Hunt are most prominently being led by Odin
Thus, once again, as OSP Red had stated: all roads lead to Odin
I learned from another video on Ember that she died in a house fire after she got stood up on a date. September was probably the month she passed away and “One thing remains” probably refers to her soul after her body burned up.
Huh... Season 1 really was the best season. Never thought about it before.
I personally prefer season 2 because of Reign Storm, The Ultimate Enemy, Secret Weapons, and Kindred Spirits. I love Dan Phantom because he feels absolutely no remorse for even attempting to kill his family to ensure his existence.
The examples of Surfshark for protection against "ads, trackers, malware, and phishing attempts" from Danny Phantom was inspired, and beautifully done.
Umm, Dorathea's Proof cames in "Parental Bonding"... not "Beauty Marked".
But Beauty Marked is the only episode that showed what her life was like. A medieval age with a controlling brother

There are some more canon deaths, though most take place in alternative timelines. Jack died in the timeline he got ghost powers instead of Vlad. Danny's human half, Vlad's human half, Jack, Maddie, Jazz, Tucker, and Sam died in Evil Danny's timeline. Lastly in the regular timeline, Dani's brothers died because they were unstable.
Butch Hartman has stated that the the ghost zone in Danny Phantom is an alternate dimension where the inhabitants are both the spirits of the dead as well as monsters native to that dimension. So technically speaking both are correct. But still great analysis of the canon deaths none the less.
Honestly, I think the 3rd season villains work a bit better if you see them as primordial manifestations of the elements they embody, rather than a specific individual. kind of like minor gods.

You could say that also the reason why both Danny and Vlad can become ghosts isn't just that they had contact with the stuff from the portals, but that they had near death experiences. And are in way like astral projecting.

yeah, following the death of Sam, Tucker, his family, and Mr. Lancer a depressed Danny went to Vlad, asking to be freed from his ghost half, to which Vlad happily obliged: using a device to rip Danny's ghost half from him, however Danny's ghost half then used that device the rip out Vlad's ghost half and merged with it, becoming the evil Danny Phantom that ravaged the world

3. Invent a machine that can change probability.
4. Use probability machine to make probability certain that time travellers changes to history are only changes.

Also maybe the whole being dead and being ghost from another dimension could’ve worked as dead soul overtime being mutated by ectoplasm which turns them into more monster like beings then that of dead spirits.
Think of something like the x gene in xmen as an example.
But this is just my opinion and something to think about.

I got the idea thanks to this according to this on wmg on TV tropes (Poindexter wasn’t the only one Who died within the school) read it it’s a bit impressive
here is the theory: seeing as Sydney was pretty much stuck inside of 1950’s Casper high (despite in later episodes, he’s made minor appearances), every one of his peers joined him. The story hints that Poindexter died in his locker, which makes sense. However, what about the other students? I highly doubt they were shoved into lockers as well. The only explanation could be is that they died around the same time as him. An accident might have occurred at the school, say, A noxious gas, fire, or an internal explosion that caused the entire student body to die, A replica of the structure was formed inside of the ghost zone and the soul of every student went along with it (via Sydney’s locker mirror). Poor Poindexter and those evil teens, they probably never knew what hit them
If this is true this would explain why they are in the ghost zone with him. Seriously! Him and his classmates could be the victims of an accident

@@user-ou9no3sx4e that makes it even more confusing. how and when do the monsters received the dead memories. i know it's not really explained in the show how someone becomes a ghost but at least it's less complicated than them being monsters getting dead people's memories. also him going christian does mean he should go back and contradict his work cuz of his new beliefs. im christian and i dont have a problem with stuff like ghosts, hell, or demons in fiction

my headcannon is that a bully dtuffed him in the locker on the last day of school and he ended up being left in there during the entire summer break slowly starving to death.
this theory is based on the fact that when a ghost haunts a place or object it's usually one closely connected with their death.

Another evidence contradicting the ghosts being monsters from another dimension is when Butch Hartman reacted to the death battle episode between Danny Phantom and Jake Long. Danny defeats Jake by blasting him with his ghosts rays, killing Jake and turning him into a ghost. Jake then gets sucked into the thermos. The thing is, Butch didn’t point out that ghosts are not spirits of the dead in his reaction.
Ok, I get that people didn't like it when the ghosts got more abstract is season three, but I actually liked that idea. You see, ghosts are just spiritual energy and post-human consciousness that suggests that other things can arise from that energy. Not only that but if you think about it, every culture has some type of spirit story where a forest or something has a spirit that was never human. Honestly, that is what I see the lightning ghost and overgrowth as, ancient ghost beings that have existed since the early human tribes worshiped them as gods. Though considering the definition of god, they were technically gods, so I guess Danny is the god slayer now.
I just wish they kept other ghosts as once being human, there is a place for nature spirits like I said but human ghosts still should have a bigger role.
