I may be a bit late to the party, but i only just found this! Id offer to help out in future with a manual TCU that identifies as the 722.6 - ive reverse engineered the tcu fully on 211 and 212 platforms, and my own custom 722.6 tcu works with the engine registering 0 dtcs

Yeah, tav tav is just interested in making content and being an influencer. That SL55 is old hat and not worth his time. He needs to continuously be venturing to new projects to hook people into watching, then featuring them long enough to get them to sub and moving on and hoping enough people forget they subbed to keep his channel growing. Seems to be working I guess. 😂

Dude, MR. XF Motorsports. You and your team are AMAZING. This manual conversion is outrageous, great job to Matt who wrote the code to get everything to work as it should, he is up there with the best Wizards who know how to work his magic. Question? Will this conversion kit with a 2013 W204 C63 sedan with P31 Package and 471 (limited-slip differential)? If so will the RS/Race Start/Launch Control option work and would the Programming Wizard Matt be able to get the Auto blip function to work also? BTW I think if you can get a big youtuber like Doug Demuro or StraightPipes (Canadian Based) to feature this on the channel you will have more conversion requests that will keep you and your team busy for years. Once again Awesome job. Tim

I would've personally just installed an OEM manual shifter from a normal manual W211, and then replace the shifter knob to a custom AMG one. The CNC alumium one you guys made is awesome but looks really out of place in that interior. Amazing job none the less
With summer just around the corner, and quite a decent workload ahead, do you hope to get much track time in the ASL E55? Also how's Karen getting on with building the rest of the carbon aero kit for the car? FInally, were you ever going to have another crack at the pneumatic shifting mechanism in the ASL? XF Motorsports- I have a motor out of a 2016 S65 . The v12 on a crate, and I also have a 2004 S500 fully functional shell. Would you be able to install this combo engine and trans and computer into the S500?

E55s are going to get harder to find now , because of this discovery . It’s gated to , Jesus that’s nuts . Can’t wait to see some roll races with a manual swapped e55.
is that real wood you milled into? if so its not a bad idea to seal up the edges of the cutout to prevent warping

Serial.print on an Arduino causes a delay. If anything depends on sensitive timing is use within the loop with a Serial.print it will throw off that timing if you didn't cater for that delay. I will assume this works well because it either that delay is catered for or the timing for everything to run isn't very sensitive. I suspect the latter since you were able to turn down the sampling rate without an issue.
