Oh that felt good! Bruised my shin badly this week, so I needed something that didn't involve kneeling but also made me feel like I was challenging myself more than a seated session and this fit the bill perfectly! Thanks SB! ❤
I've been doing yoga for 4 years now and I just wanted a slow practice as I started strength training just a week ago and today was supposed to be my rest day. I don't know what it is, if it's the heat here in India or me but I sweated profusely during this practice! Thanks SaraBeth. You're practices are amazing! This was a great stretch and flow that felt good after an early morning walk 🧘🏾♀only thing I added at the end was a couple rounds of sunflower to get that back even more. Thank you 🥰 Namaste 💜

I have a knee issue that I’m working on, so I find the lower body and balance challenging, but I’m keeping at it and seeing some small progress. I’ve probably improved more than I give myself credit for. Thank you sb. Practice makes progress.
Ive been doing this same one for a week now. Its almost impossible for me to get down on the floor but Im getting there. I add a few downward dogs at the end for building strength in my arms and to stretch my hips. Its my hips that give me trouble. When Im done I feel so much better. It is working. Your instructions are clear especially with the breathing. I feel my posture improving each day and more mobility in my reach with my arms. Just amazing. Ty.

Why is it that I struggle with balance during lunges and warrior poses? And how can I hold my position for longer without feeling wobbly and out of balance?
Your body is likely trying to tell you something, but remember that discomfort is ok, but pain isn't! You may need to work on deeper core strengthening to support your back in twists
