Alex Fam - Catastrophe (Tiny Desk Contest 2023)

Tiny Desk Contest entry for 2023! This is the first year I've had a full band for my entry and the second year with a string section. It was a really great experience coming up with the arrangement together for this song that feels vulnerable and special to me.
If you're wondering, where is the desk? There are origami desks hanging from my ukulele, a little hint at my entry from a few years ago "Making Things".

Great song. Feels all too true for so many of us who made big changes during COVID. Love that entering Tiny Desk and browsing the entries reminds me that people are out there crushin' it.
