Dacw delyn, dacw tennau (please forgive my poor Welsh spelling) - "There is the harp, there are her strings, but what use am I, being unable to play her?" Delyn - harp - is always a she in Welsh. Basically the singer laments being tongue tied and silent when his secret crush approaches him. Dacw Nghariad means "There is my Love". But what a beautiful, poetic description of being tongue tied. There is the harp and there are her strings, but I stumble and halter in my loves presence. Such poetry.
