Cole & Charisma have a positive aura around them. It is SO refreshing! You two see a positive stance to things that have a negative slant. You don’t talk about politics, thank god. You do want there to be real diversity as far as acting goes…and Cole is a perfect example. Yes, Charisma, I also agree with your husband about you modeling. However, I know that you have had different career goals in the past. You are quite intelligent and have a polysyllabic vocabulary. I am not talking negatively about modeling, you are so gorgeous, but- have already started a career and it has been on a medical background - hence, a whole different medical jargon that people in other fields aren’t familiar with. I’m confusing- major CVA- PFO so I’m not explaining this correctly but I think you get it, Charisma. You must follow your dreams also. You are teaching Cole to be more independent- and he is! He looks GREAT! There will always be someone there right by his side. But, he has shown how strong he actually is, physically, mentally and emotionally. Cole is so much stronger than so many healthy men will ever be. You two ARE the DYNAMIC DUO! Hard work, perseverance and a smile on your faces….you will achieve anything you’ve set into motion. Or, at least you know you have at least tried your best. That in itself in a major accomplishment. You will never be known for selling yourself short. You are an inspiration to so many. I just wanted to comment on you personally, Cole. There are many males out there with disabilities who struggle with feelings of inadequacy in their daily lives, simply because they have a disability. I sincerely believe you are a great role model for them! With every video you and your wonderful wife post, you show guys that, even though they may have a disability, it in no way lessens their ability to be a strong, attractive, sexy, “macho” man! You continue to prove with every video you make that a man can be vulnerable, (emotionally and/or physically), and still never diminish their ability to be the kind of man they want to be! What a special gift you give those of your gender! Any man, regardless of their physical ability, can benefit from what you have to show and teach. You are indeed a special man, in a special life and relationship with a special woman! I’m just glad you have allowed all of us the privilege of getting to know, learn from, and appreciate the exceptional people that you are! God bless and keep you both.

I’m legally blind and worked in radio for years as a disabled person it was difficult to get into that field with my vision loss but at everything I do I do with my whole heart and proved I could do things just like a “normal” sighted person Go Cecile!!!

I loved this video so much! I just love it when you act together and I thought Cole’s impromptu scene about the car was just terrific! I totally bought it and felt genuinely shocked by the way he was speaking to you, Charisma! You are so right - there is a huge and urgent need for disabled actors playing disabled roles as so many stories nowadays - whether book, TV or film - feature disability either at the story’s core, or around the edges in order to display a realistic group of people. And more and more, I’ve noticed, people including able-bodied people are getting outraged when they find that an able-bodied actor is playing a disabled role. Like in the movie Me Before You, which centres around the life of a quadriplegic who ends up going to Dignitas, and is played by an able-bodied actor. I had previously read the book but I boycotted the movie for exactly that reason. I am a published author of 6 YA fiction novels, and I write a lot about mental and physical illnesses. Recently my editor told me that there was a huge movement in the UK (and I’m sure in the US too) to have books about illnesses and disabilities written by Lived Voices - in other words books on these kinds of topics needing to be written by writers who actually live with the illness or medical condition or disability that they are writing about. There is also a big backlash against all authors who publish books about medical conditions they have not directly lived with themselves. So it makes sense that this would apply to movies too, and directors and producers are now under much more pressure (as they should be) to employ disabled actors to play all disabled roles. So Cole, I think you have decided to do this at the perfect time! You clearly have talent and I think you are going to find that over the coming years there are going to be far more roles for disabled actors like yourself than ever before! So it’s so exciting to be able to follow you on your journey!! Charisma, although I believe you don’t like to put yourself out there to be criticised, I think it’s so thoughtful and so sweet and so respectful of you not to want to make the acting thing about the both of you but instead make it just about Cole. It’s so important that after an accident as severe as his, disabled people are able to find their own place not just in society but also in the workplace. While I can see your joint TH-cam channel is a huge success, I’m sure it will mean the world to Cole if he can find his own career too. Especially for a disabled man, it’s so important that he feels able to bring his own salary into the family unit, which I’m sure you will soon have! Important for his masculinity as well as his general confidence. And I love the way you step aside immediately and say you want to leave the stage, both literally and figuratively, to Cole!! You guys are possibly the kindest and most generous people I know!

I loved this video so much! I just love it when you act together and I thought Cole’s impromptu scene about the car was just terrific! I totally bought it and felt genuinely shocked by the way he was speaking to you, Charisma! You are so right - there is a huge and urgent need for disabled actors playing disabled roles as so many stories nowadays - whether book, TV or film - feature disability either at the story’s core, or around the edges in order to display a realistic group of people. And more and more, I’ve noticed, people including able-bodied people are getting outraged when they find that an able-bodied actor is playing a disabled role. Like in the movie Me Before You, which centres around the life of a quadriplegic who ends up going to Dignitas, and is played by an able-bodied actor. I had previously read the book but I boycotted the movie for exactly that reason. I am a published author of 6 YA fiction novels, and I write a lot about mental and physical illnesses. Recently my editor told me that there was a huge movement in the UK (and I’m sure in the US too) to have books about illnesses and disabilities written by Lived Voices - in other words books on these kinds of topics needing to be written by writers who actually live with the illness or medical condition or disability that they are writing about. There is also a big backlash against all authors who publish books about medical conditions they have not directly lived with themselves. So it makes sense that this would apply to movies too, and directors and producers are now under much more pressure (as they should be) to employ disabled actors to play all disabled roles. So Cole, I think you have decided to do this at the perfect time! You clearly have talent and I think you are going to find that over the coming years there are going to be far more roles for disabled actors like yourself than ever before! So it’s so exciting to be able to follow you on your journey!! Charisma, although I believe you don’t like to put yourself out there to be criticised, I think it’s so thoughtful and so sweet and so respectful of you not to want to make the acting thing about the both of you but instead make it just about Cole. It’s so important that after an accident as severe as his, disabled people are able to find their own place not just in society but also in the workplace. While I can see your joint TH-cam channel is a huge success, I’m sure it will mean the world to Cole if he can find his own career too. Especially for a disabled man, it’s so important that he feels able to bring his own salary into the family unit, which I’m sure you will soon have! Important for his masculinity as well as his general confidence. And I love the way you step aside immediately and say you want to leave the stage, both literally and figuratively, to Cole!! You guys are possibly the kindest and most generous people I know!
