I love the thought and consideration Noelle put into reading her birthday card. The card seemed as much a gift, or more, than the money. Bless her sweet heart! ❤❤
    Happy 8th Noelle.

It's scary, but the phrase "God doesn't give you anything you can not handle." Goes through my head often . I reflect on the 17 year marriage i choose to leave behind and remember why not living in a constant state of fear under my marriage is better then an occasional fear of me not being able to do everything. Another single mom told me, " Do what is important and necessary first, then screw everything else. " 😅 If there is time, there is time, but take care of ourselves first. Although our children might fight us on things, sometimes over time, they see what we are doing and why and are a lot smarter than we give them credit for . I wish i could give you a hug, but please take my air hug over the internet. You are not alone .EVER ! We are all here fighting the same battle. Baby steps baby steps . ❤ sending you love and know that you are more than you give yourself credit for . Hug mama

About the dog groomer issue with Nessa. I have a Begador and she is the biggest lovebug that I have ever seen. She doesn't bark, she doesn't bite, and she LOVES people! I took her to a groomer and I thought things were great. About a month later she needed a bath so I decided to just put her in the tub. Now before the groomer she would shake but nothing like what she did that first bath after the visit to the groomer. She was whimpering, shaking worse than I had ever seen her do, and kept trying to run. I was flabbergasted at the change in her regarding a bath. It took several baths to get her into an okay space with getting a bath again. So, please listen to Nessa. Dogs can't tell us when something isn't okay so they rely on us to protect them. I have since found a groomer that Lily loves. We have no issues with her getting into the PawSpa bus and she is so happy with Kelsea.

Totally agree. Dogs react badly when they have a bad experience with people or situations. Listen to your dog. If she was treated well at the groomer she would enjoy going.

Sometimes I’m the one to drop off my sister’s standard poodle at the groomer. She gets so excited that when I pull into the parking lot she goes nuts in the back seat. She adores every person in that salon! So I know they are very good with her. Yes, listen to your dog. There might be something your pup is frightened of there, or they aren’t as kind as they should be? I’m no expert, but I would be wary of my dog not wanting to go. 😢

Yes! My husband swapped with me in order to get our littles to sleep better. BTW, booster use is based on height, not age. It is to make the seatbelt cross the shoulder. Some kids use a booster way past age 8. No judgement, just helpful safety info. Love your videos and really enjoy seeing how your family lives. I want to figure out how to work from home.

Yes lol us single moms need the prayers. I was soo happy that my daughter was sleeping through through thr night by the time she was 12 months old. She's 5 now and wakes more now than when she was a baby. I hate getting up early. I try to sleep in a bit but my body is like nope and I don't sleep well but my body wants me to wake up at 5;30 and won't go back to sleep. I bought the book but have yet to read it. I'm finishing up another book then plan on starting it. And I love Little House on the prairie. Have any of the kids read the books? Idk which I loved more, the books or the show. Both were amazing

Your children are wonderful. Even through these small glimpses on TH-cam I see the strong foundation you are raising them with. I feel I failed my children of this. The four of them are very strong hard working adults. But, they were not raised knowing the love of Jesus. Here I am at 56 still learning how to seek Jesus and put him first in my life. Long story of my path to him. I just want you to know that I think you and your entire family are just amazing people. I truly enjoy watching you all and feel your vlogs are so beneficial to me. That’s a great technique!! I’m going to try that! We’ve only had to “sleep train” one of our 3 sons. Our first two were good sleepers, and our 3rd WAS NOT. He would wake up every couple hours wanting to nurse even after a year. And he wouldn’t just nurse and go back to sleep. He wanted to jump and play and body slam. I said OK! That’s it! I can’t do this anymore. So we did a “gentle” sleep training technique. After about a week he was sleeping through the night and we’ve never had an issue since. I don’t remember the name of the technique, it was developed by a certain person. It took longer than other sleep training methods but to us it was worth it to take a more gentle approach.
I really like this idea tho! I will try swapping with my husband if there comes a time we need to do this with baby number 4!

I've put my tablet down several times to just..... ponder? Chew? Waller it around a bit to get a good hold of it. It's so good. I wish I had this 30 years ago when we were starting our family. I'm only on ch 2. 😊 Looking forward to finishing and sharing with my daughter who is a mother of a 3 yr old redhead son (she was once my 3 yr old redhead) and a 2 mo old son. I love your family and your videos, whenever cook there is always leftovers, my Dad taught me how to cook and he came from a family of 18, yes he had 15 siblings so everyone contributed to the family meals, food preservation, gardening, milking and tending to the livestock… so when I cook I intentionally plan on “leftovers” but really it’s meal prep, I do know if I put the food away separately no one will open the containers to dish out a plate to reheat so I portion it up in individual servings so all they need to do is grab one meal container to heat and eat or take with them for lunches while they work or have lunch at school, or to have for dinner the next night or so. I’m lazy so I don’t like cooking every meal 3 times a day so I big batch cook and usually get 1 dinner for that night and 6 to 8 individual portions for later, I also will make a whole loaf of bread into French Toast to last for about 3 mornings and any other things I can cook to last for my big family of 3, lol, and I’m on a diet so I’m basically cooking for my Bodybuilding Grandson and his Fiancé. They both are in College full time and also have jobs so I try to make sure they have a meal ready and convenient whenever they get hungry. My next goal is Yogurt and Kombucha. P.S. another thing I learned from my Father is that when you have Haters it is a sure sign of SUCCESS!!!😊

We moved an hour away from our kids and grandson. I had always wanted to able to be the babysitter for them. And be the fun Grandma. So now I go get him for 2 nights. He is 2 1/2 I love having him here. But he is not good at going to sleep. And he still naps, by the day after he goes home I need a day of rest.

I was so incredibly blessed that my twins started sleeping through the night at around 3 months. As a very young single mother, those first months were a blur.

My two oldest kids started sleeping through the night at about 3 months old. My youngest was 22 months old. So I understand about the exhaustion you talked about.

I started with Kombucha just like you. One SCOBY from Amazon. That was about 6 months ago and now I have 4 gallon jars going at all times! I love it!
