You are wearing a WEEKS AUCTION house hat at 5:37 . They are located in Ocala, FL near where I live. Last week I bought a little kubota loader from them. Considering where you are from, I'm surprised to see their hat on your head. But you do go out of state when you're particular about a piece of equipment you want. I like your operation. You and your brother are funny and make me laugh. Probably because i see myself in you guys, and I'm always laughing at my own shortcomings.
Hey Dylan, drag your water trailer or sprayer over to that worked dirt and wet on it. That'll help you pack it up. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your families
That looked like a pretty good size swail in there. Hopefully that works and yyou dont have to revisit it again. That is always frustrating to have to keep fixing things over and over.
Man yeah, loved seeing the ole 42 out working!! Made sense to not unhook the bigger tractors!! That was so cool to see that picture of it with duals and the blade!! I think you have shown that before, have anymore pics of it? Something about the camera work from an open station or rust station tractor like mine 😁😁😂😂 You guys do amazing dirt work, what a transition!! Have you gotten a good rain yet? Curious to see how it held up!! You do the bank with the front bucket? We are.finally gonna get.a good rain it looks like Tuesday 🙏🙏🙏 Thank you both for bringing us along, cant wait to see what's next!! Ole Alex, that was a pro tip on the AC! Good bunches of guys too!! 😁😁😁👍👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🌱🌱🌾🌾🌾🚜🚜🚜
Robert and I hope to go through all the old photo albums and scan any pictures we can find of my grandfather's farming days and put it together in a video sometime this winter. It looked way cooler when he had it, and it was newer.
We just filled the hole up with the front bucket, and then all the other shaping was done with the pan and the box blade. We got two inches of rain right after Halloween and about a tenth this week. Made our wheat look great. Is your wheat still holding in?
@@DylanJoyceFarms It is, we have had nothing....3/10ths since I planted it 😳 I did go digging the other day like you said, they are just laying there waiting. It's so wild to see the patchiness (sp) of it. I did a short 5 min drone of the wheat and fall look of tht farm, comes out Wednesday 😉 But that rain Tuesday hopefully will shoot it up all over!! 🙏🙏🙏
It's probably around the 9000 hour mark. The tach quit working at 7700, and we ran it several years before we replaced it. It gets ran a lot during th winter putting out hay and grinding hog feed.
I wouldn't have a muffler on nothing I had heavy equipment just sounds better. We had a 4440 and a 4450 straight pipes turned up all the pump would go John Deere said we would back up the motor but not the transmission in them but as far as I know we never had a problem with them and we had every one from a 4020 to the 4840 and then I helped people and the last Deere I drove was the 8400 pulling a dirt pan for dement construction company when they was building the bypass around Henderson Tennessee lol as far as me the last best Deere they made was the 4960 I just don't care for the 8000 series tractors they are ugly to me now I'm not putting them down farmers because I drove them to I just don't care for the design of them
Glad you got that AC straightened out. Them old sound guards are a hot box when the ac is out. But i enjoy seeing these old farm pictures
I gotta say, y’all do some mighty fine looking dirt work
Thank you sir! We've had way too much practice over the years.
Good looking dirt work Guys. Yeah, it’s hard to beat the 40 series John Deere tractors. 👍🏻
They're like the Enegizer Bunny..... They just keep going and going.
Great video. Good job with the pan!!
Thank you!
Ole John sounds good
Used to run a 4230 gas tractor a few years back
Looks good!!
Nice video

A viewer of the channel from Florida gave me the hat. Thanks for watching. We try to keep the channel entertaining best we can.

I think it will hold this time since we put it in with the dirt pan. I've never had much luck putting pipes in with the track hoe.
There's nothing that sounds better than a 46 with strate pipe
You've got that right!
Have you good Thanksgiving guys.

It don’t take much for that 134A to leak, redid the ac on our one 4840 .
If some of y’all’s cool tractors come up missing they just might end up at our place, I like that 4650 lol 😆
Trade you the 4640 with the blade for the 4955 LOL.
@@DylanJoyceFarms lol I’m good 😆😆😆
Looks like you had some sorta hitch on you loader bucket that broke off while Robert was leveling dirt
Yep
The Bob’s talking smack about grandpas international cyclo planter. 😂. Always talkin smack about red stuff 😂😂😂😂. Great videos, keep ‘‘em coming .
Those cyclo planters were good back in the day. We just wanted something simpler, and that provided better spacing.
Nice classic 👍👍👍. How many hours are on it? Our 4955 has almost 12,000 on it.

Look like the bale spike got ripped off
Yea it's just a little hitch I made for pulling trailers around. I should have taken it off before we started.
