SMH Been there done that. Onetime our combine flew apart inside, My daddy said he did'nt know how many beers it was gonna take to fix it ,but.... he was gonna start with a case LOL Happy Monday
Boy, be careful guys there’s been farmers killed by a chain coming through the window like that. I know when we used to pull trucks out of muddy fields Dad always said boy be careful doing that. I know he had a big inch rope that was made out of nylon that he bought at the farm show one year. It is still in the bag, because there for a while when those were being sold, that rope was stretching and then would break, and when the rope would break, the hooks were going through the windshield and killing people. Needless to say we never used it. Be careful this spring. Stay safe and have a good planting season .
Glad no one was harmed with the snapped chain ! I have been on the receiving end as well , scary as _____ ! When ever I use a chain , cable or tow strap now , I throw an old coat or something like that across the chain ..It is supposed to keep it from flying if it breaks ...so far I have not had an opportunity to see if it works ! ( luckily ) I am glad you were not harmed , a new window is expensive but better than being hurt ! Keep up the Great Videos !! A fan from Canada
Hello Dylan and Robert and I don’t need smell of vision I know what it smells like when it comes to cows pigs and sheep my grandfather had a farm when I was a kid and I helped him with any and everything I can on the weekends and summertime I loved it Hard work but a lot of fun being with my grandfather miss him so much and thank God that rope did not come in and hurt you and it looks great. Hope it holds up for 20+ years. Y’all take care and God bless.
Live and learn, fellas nobody got hurt so be it.yankum ropes in the the future. Till the next video, enjoy the fresh air in the cab of the window less tractor.
i had a rock come threw a window from a damned 3 point disk mower boss man walked up asked me if i need to have the tractor seat removed from my ass needless to say that was the last time i mowed with a disk mower
Howdy, I hope ya'll are doing well, I love seeing ya'll making Farm improvements, definitely helps ya'll get to your goals, I'm just noticing more and more slop in you bucket on the track hoe, just saying, I know she's an older gal, but she's still getting the job done lol Stay safe, God Bless and Farm on my Friends
Well dang, I see what you meant now on the last video 😳😳😳😳 Seems the curse just kept visiting 😥 But the job looked to be very nice when y'all finished!! That pan and box blade are quite the combo working together!! Man if y'all could come to my place, wouldn't take ya but about an hour 😁 Robert was riding that struggle bus all day, kinda like a Nelson day 🤦 Well at least the hoe didnt go down while out in the muck 🤞🤞 Not much you can do about the chain, that sudden stop was unavoidable. That is exactly what happened to me the other week moving that road tractor. When it slipped , and started rolling .. that sudden stop broke that chain like a kite string. Main thing is no one was hurt, the glass is a tuff break, but better than a physical injury. Are those windows pretty available online? I did love seeing the ole freightliner to the rescue 😉😉 I can understand the "ending credit" after that day! 😉 Thank you for bringing us along, look fwd to seeing what's next!! 😁😁😁🚜🚜🚜🇺🇸🇺🇸👍👍

I'll have to try that coat trick. That's the first, and hopefully, last time, I've ever had a chain to do that.
Enjoyed the video fellas! The back window was some bad luck for sure

Stand on it! Don’t let off, spring is coming
Good video to watch on a Monday evening.
U Joyce boys make things interesting! Seen u fellas at the farm show in Louisville. Guess I should have said hello from Canada.
You should have come, said hi. We sure met a lot of people there. You were a long way from home.
Good job 👍👍👍👍👌🤪🤓👁🥸🤠😎👀
glad no one was hurt by the flying chain
That job drove Dylan to drinking 😂
Some days, you would have been better off to just stay at home lol.
When you grabbed the pedals to pivot I ducked 😅we have done that before we use giant straps now because of it
Dang boys, glad you’re all ok and there’s cold beer to drink after all 😂
Needed about a case after that day.
@@DylanJoyceFarms I’ve had those days too, that Busch light is basically the water here in Lee County Iowa lol
Ole trackhole was a good investment. It's done paid for itself time and time again.
Aw damnit, I hate when that happens. Luckily Bob didn't catch that hook up side the head.
Y’all need a yankum rope. My back side clinched when that chain broke😳
Great video hope y’all have a blessed year. My only question is why do you run straight pipes on all your tractors ? Is it for hp
Better visibility out of the cab and let's the engine run cooler plus I just like the way it sounds lol.
Thankfully nobody got hurt with that chain snapping like that
Yep, after that happened. It is for sure beer 30.
I love those pipes I wouldn't have a muffler on nothing they sound a whole lot better with crome stacks lol
How long yal think it’s gonna take to rebuild the final drive. Good video. Hate the bad luck
We will have to completely replace the final drive. All the internal components especially the gears are very wore.
@@DylanJoyceFarms dang
Dylan you boys need to invest in one of those big ass pull ropes! 😂 dang ol chains are way to dangerous and they sure ain’t made like they used to be!
Hitch Pin is what gave up.
Live and learn, fellas nobody got hurt so be it.yankum ropes in the the future. Till the next video, enjoy the fresh air in the cab of the window less tractor.
Lay ann old horse blanket over that chain or cable, if it snaps it'll drop to the ground. Been there done that. Glad all ok.
Tasty ending to a crappy day… sorry fellas! As Merle Haggard sang, “ Think I’ll just sit here and drink”🤬y’all take care and God Bless🇺🇸💪🏻🇺🇸
i had a rock come threw a window from a damned 3 point disk mower boss man walked up asked me if i need to have the tractor seat removed from my ass needless to say that was the last time i mowed with a disk mower
I never liked disc mowers either.
That glass saved your bacon! It did what it was intended for!
I'm sure glad it was there.
Looks like some Griggs karma has set in!
Been hanging around him too much I guess.
Been 7 days ..where is Dylan Joyce!!
I'm like Dion.. I'm working on big things.
@@DylanJoyceFarms 👀 dwade just picked up another 100 acres!! I can’t wait to see what he plants
I'm going to take a wild guess and say soybeans. @@ad1011000
Better get the hose out and give that 4650 a wash lol
Yea, all that work we did cleaning was gone in about 10 minutes.
its a wonder that chain dont take bobs head off
Very lucky.
That was scary.
For real.
Definitely a Bush Light night lol
Believe it or not I only drunk one after that day.
@@DylanJoyceFarms yea that’s hard to believe haha
👍👍👍
Time for new bucket pins and bushings on the hoe?
It's been time
Yankum rope 😢😢😢😢😢 lucky something else didn’t happen. Fertilizer BOB what were you thinking?? Take care men and be careful !!⛓️⛓️
Dylan I'm just now realizing, your excavator ain't green or jd yellow . It's a Cat!!!! It's good to see some diversity on youtube lol!!
Lol, we have a red disc and rolling harrow too.
Howdy, I hope ya'll are doing well,

Back window was $200 through Deere. The cheap a** hitch pin that I was using is what gave up. I'm glad that job is over though.
@@DylanJoyceFarms That wasn't as bad as I thought it would be 😁 Oh my, well that does explain it for sure. Thank you sir !!
He got lucky it's a wonder that chain didn't come in there and hurt him real bad
☀️ Promo>SM
I think y'all are cursed on breaking windows first the dozer not ur poor Deere
Thats how people get killed
No joke
This happened to me before refuse to pull anything with a chain anymore
