How would say the noise level of your exhaust fan was after this motor and fan replacement? I'm pretty sure I have the same exact exhaust fan and it's really noisy.
Compared to my previous fan, it's less noisier, but I wouldn't call it a "quite" fan. It moves much more air than the previous fan though. That was a big difference for me.

So, it doesn’t matter which way the impeller blade is spinning...CW vs CCW?
it only fits one way... which sucks air towards the ventilation pipe. So, no worries on how you install the blade.
