Why do people get so suspicious of drones and think they own the air space ! I was out filming yesterday and a dog walker was cross questioning me why I was there filming and who was I from, just told her for my TH-cam channel. Then I meet another person at same location from the people involved in the heritage of recreating a former railway station and he told me loads of stuff which I added at end, he had no problem with me filming in fact welcomed it. Will subscribe to your channel hope you will be the same as good to support us who are trying to get a start up !
btw dont forget to teach them that him recording at the end falls under GDPR and he should provide you fottage from his side because he is recording you
The EU GDPR is an EU Regulation and it no longer applies to the UK. If you operate inside the UK, you need to comply with the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018). @@TheBoringAuditorUk Auditors always threaten to request the footage but I suspect that they never do. If they did I am sure that they would mention it. Be the first to do so as I am sure the outcome would be of interest. A lot of staff who take these videos probably go home and show their mates because that is what people do. However, if they do that, and particularly if it is shared on social media the company can be in for a huge fine and possible damages to you. Each image taken in a work capacity falls under GDPR. PS, the audio is great now.

Make a subject access for the footage that he took of you. It doesn't matter what's on it as they will have to check his phone to retrieve it.
