TBH I've always considered yoga a typical female activity, but as I'm already in my 30s I lack this youthful mobility - to remedy this I decided to give yoga a chance, and it really improves my range of motion and overall mobility - so if you feel a bit stiff then start each day with a few minutes of yoga 👍 Happy shredding!
Yoga is awesome, makes your blood running in the parts you never tought you had before. Great activity prior to any activity, snowboarding as well. Happy shred ;)
I also came to it later and found that having the right teacher for you makes a huge difference as well as to whether you enjoy it. I don't practice as much as I would like to, but when I do I really feel the benefits. Happy shredding. Xv

Great video. As soon as I get to the Alps, I have a bad habit of replacing my post-exercise yoga and stretching routine with drinking beer. After a few weeks I’m as stiff as my snowboard and the niggling injuries start to add up! I’ll be trying to do this compact sequence regularly now

Hi Laurent, this is why I bought in the Yoga guru, jedi master Emilien Badoux - because he is exactly that a fully qualified yoga teacher who has been practicing for over 18 years, the man knows his yoga and he knows his snowboarding, legend. Hope you enjoy the practice. Xavier

Yoga was originally created by men, for men. It's just been marketed as for thin, super flexible women. It's definitely any gender can benefit from :)

Haha - too easy to do, especially when it is spring and the long sunny days are asking to be celebrated with a beer on the terrace!
