Hey Xavier! I just wanted to let you know I've been doing this routine for the past 9 months and it has seriously changed my life. During that time I've noticed that I've become stronger, more flexible, and just a much more clear and happy outlook on life. Thank you so much for this routine with Emilien and hope to see you two legends on the mountain one day!
I’m 21 and I just have to say this yoga helped my balance and strength in just two days it amazes me how stable I am in the air now and how easy everything is feeling just after two days 🙌🏻
Thanks for video, I love it. I noticed something and wanted to let everyone know so that you get the same exercise on both sides. After the pigeon pose, they do the cobra pose and then bend the free knee up and grab it with the opposite hand (5:44). They skipped this knee bending thing when they were doing the other side (9:28). Just a heads up. Thanks again for the video, I find it very useful.
Hey guys, I love this routine, it really is helping my recovery everyday after snowboard instructor training in Verbier! My goal is to do this every day for the whole season and I bet I’ll become super bendy ahah 🤙
You inspired me for yoga. I do find it helps. Young fellows don't understand it, but all the others should try. May the force be with you and stay safe 🙏 🙏 🙏
Absolutely loved this! Thank you! Im only just getting back into snowboarding after a few years break and it's really helped with all the tension! Thank you 😊
Fantastic routine. This and the before snowboarding one. I do this year round a few times per week for "routine maintenance" and every time on a day of boarding. Merci beaucoup!

I was just talking with a friend of mine who's a barre instructor in offering a pre/post yoga class at the local mountain. COVID seems to screw a class idea up. Thanks!
Yoga in mountain areas is super popular, with locals and guests, if she has covid restrictions, she should definitely do online classes, as a way to upkeep the body mentally and physically before, during and after the snow season :)
Hi Cyril... ah I have had these for ages, I think they are actually posh Lululemon ones from years ago - but they last really well and are heavy duty - no idea what material it is... fairly normal yoga mat material I think. Not super helpful! Xv

Nice. That was perfect. When you’re short on time/tired from the hill

Thank you for your feedback and totally missed that!
I went snowboarding for the third time ever yesterday-this was very much needed. Merci les mecs 😊
Hope you had a great day on your board... this definitely helps to feel good the next morning! Xv
No yoga, no. Devil energy.
Go to gym or some fitnes.
Or swimming in to the pool.
Snowboarding is very good.
Yoga is very dangerous beleve me!!!
This made my back feel the way it did before I played American Football 6 years ago! Ready to go ride for the fifth day in a row!
Finally! I have been waiting so long, since the first yoga video! Thanks a lot Xavier!
Ha ha - yes, glad you like it - Emilien is great. Xv

Fais aussi un échauffent avant ton échauffement on sait jamais...

Amazing. Thank you.
muchas gracias por esta rutina!!
fantastic, was hoping to see a follow up yoga session from Emilien. 2 great videos guys. many thanks
Hey. Can you’s recommend any other good yoga videos for snowboarders. Thanks 🙏
Great session, thanks! I would throw in the childs pose too. A very basic but helpful pose
Oh yes - always like a hang out in child's pose. Xv
Great video, I love this yoga series. Just one maybe redundant question, but shouldn't cobra pose be done on the right leg as well? :)
Oh I would think so! Too excited about shavasana that we must have skipped it!!
Woohoo love this yoga
oh God it helped me so much! Thanks guys

🔥🔥🔥
i would've farted like all the time :D
but seriously: thanks for sharing all those wonderful precious knowledge.
0.75 speed helped me stretch for longer in each pose, as a year-round stretching routine!
Yes nice - I feel such a difference when I do it all the time. XV
This yoga routine was the only reason I was able to snowboard for 7 days straight with only 1 day rest.
Cool, thanks guys, it slip on my wood floor, where can i buy this grey yoga mats like yours ? what material it is ?
