Just a small note that the result at 11:30 for RTX 4080 was with FRAME GENERATION turned on. Without FG it scored 149.1FPS, so actually slower then the AMD RX 7900XTX.
Doesn't change the fact that the feature set of 4080 is much better than amd gpu's. 40 series will crush the 7000 series gpu's, fsr3 will not have anything comparable to frame generation And before you accuse me of being nvidia fanboy, my pc has ryzen 5600g and rx 7900 xtx.
@@gejamugamlatsoomanam7716 I have to disagree here, while the frame generation is a great addition to improve performance if you want it, it is literally throwing fake frames into your screen and causes input latency because of this. Not to mention the artifacting and fuzziness that comes from said fake frames. I honestly think the frame generation technology could be amazing given a few more years to smooth it out, but right now it's just not putting out the quality that they marketed it to be. At it's core, the 7900XTX still out performs the 4080 and is also on par with the 4090 imo. BUT, that's just my opinion :) I have been stuck on Intel/Nvidia for YEARS and never had anything AMD. I decided to switch it up after doing a ton of research on it, so I just built a new PC with an AMD Ryzen 9 7950X and an ASUS TUF 7900XTX OC edition and It is performing way better than Intel and Nvidia's RTX cards ever have for me!

We don't need your 100° overheated cpu-intel info! We need info anout videocard and its hotspot! 67° on the chip is useless too, as hotspot makes sense!
7900XTX seems a beast for the money. It’s on average £200-400 less than the RTX 4080 here in the UK at the moment. It seemingly trades blows. A single player games wet dream with 24GB of vram 😅 great review.

I have had no issues with my 7900xt and have just bought a 7900xtx. The software trumps nvidias easy, I don't know why you had issues with showing metrics, my xt has everything showing up and running fine.
You can see @ 3:47 in that the card should have fit from the sliding in the front or at an angle without cutting the case. My sapphire nitro+ version is pretty damn big as well, cooling obviously is very good as no temp issues at all. Point is it fit in my deepcool mattrex purchased 2018 and reused from my old build (replaced mainboard/RAM/CPU/GPU/AIO cooler)
I went from a 2070 super to a Radeon 6900 XT and AMD's software is so much better that Nvidia's I don't have 2 app one for updating one for changing settings and there where no bugs and some times a new game would come out and there would be a small bug AMD would fix it relatively fast I think what happened here is some of the drivers for this new 7000 Series of cards is still buggy. Nvidia has some bugs to or hardware failure on the 4090 melting the power connecter even when people take precautions.

Hello i wondered if gpu extension cable like you have are perfectly fine for this gpu, on some website it says that the extension are only 100 watts per cable which seems a litle bit low and i have a friend forced to use those since the tuf is so big even with nzxt h9 original psu cable come to close to the window

The build is uncompleted in my opinion. Everything is good but, ROG Mobo & ROG Cooler completely messed up the astheticness of the build. Maintain symmetry.
The software is horrible? The Adrenaline software is the main thing that keeps me wanting to move back to Nvidia, there are tons of great things in Adrenaline, and the interface is a lot nicer than what Nvidia has for their software. (that said, I don't record anymore, I just play games)

@@TheTanelChannel Driver instability causing random freezes specially when u had second monitor running. Im not very nice to my machines, i like to multitask and run lots of programs at the same time. I think my way of operating my pc causes the card to bug out. Going in and out of fullscreen, having VLC on second monitor etc etc. When id finally have it all figured out and having it running smooth, a new update would release and it would either cause the card to relapse, begin to run unstable again. The latest update tho, made my card much better out of nowhere, boosted my benchmark score 15%... Where did the 15% of extra power come from? Feels like i was a beta tester for amd. Ive had nvidia for 15 and never have i been brought to the edge like AMD.. Their CPU seems solid tho. but never again.
@@BelfackeR Sounds like AMD to me :D yeah my last card I loved from AMD was the X850XT and perhaps the 5870.. after that it was just downhill to me. Now that I value recording a lot Shadowplay just blows AMD-s software out of the water.. its like AMD doesnt even try.. test or anything.. its like they just go "Oh people wanna record stuff? ummm just like.. add a button quickly and move on". But also yes the instability of drivers gets to me.. its just all the frigging time.. crashes here crashes there.. while nothing like that on nVidia cards.
@@TheTanelChannel yea.. I left amd for good now. Just spent 4 hours installing a new pc. Returned the card and bought a 4080 and 13600k. Was gonna go full amd but I waited and just bought the 7900xtx to try it out. I wasn’t surprised so I did return after 58 days of trial and error.
@@BelfackeR I have an XTX, but I would blame your issue on the driver conflict issue if you didn't DDU your last gpu. Mine runs perfectly great but I'm glad you got it figured out, 4080 is still a great card (especially if you're into broadcast)

disable the windows MPO, that causing stutter, crash or driver timeout, it's windows bug fault and even they recommend to disable it
