  • Ingredients (15 servings)
    140g butter
    3 eggs
    200g sugar
    250g wheat flour
    6g baking powder
    60 g milk
    Glaze
    130 g of butter
    95g caster sugar
    40g syrup
    40 g wheat flour
    40g milk
    120g almond flakes
    Cooking
    Set the oven to 175 degrees.
    Grease and flour a round mold with a removable edge (approx. 24 cm in diameter).
    Melt the butter and let it cool down.
    Whisk eggs and sugar until fluffy.
    Add the flour, mixed with the baking powder, butter and whipped cream.
    Pour the batter into the mold.
    Bake the tosca cake in the lower part of the oven for 20-25 minutes.
    Mix the ingredients for the glaze in a saucepan.
    Heat while gently stirring until everything is mixed and thickened.
    Spread the icing on the cake.
    Move the cake up to the middle of the oven.
    Bake another 15 minutes.
    Leave to cool for a while before serving.
