About my videos: These videos are a resource for anyone wishing to wake up from the dream of separation. Awakening, enlightenment, and liberation are becoming far more mainstream possibilities than they once were. There are many good teachers out there, and if you resonate with the teachings of Eckhart Tolle, Rupert Spira, or Sadhguru, you might find resources here that address these deeper promptings to investigate your true nature.

The inquiries presented herein are potent and can have powerful effects on the way you experience yourself and reality. If you feel you are at risk of harming yourself or others, these videos and practices may not be the best thing for you at the moment. Seek help wherever necessary which might include a hospital emergency department, a suicide helpline etc.

I adore how Ken McLeod translates Dukkha not as Suffering, but as struggle. It's the push and/or pull on or against what already is.

I just listened to this again. I don't think I was fully tuned in the first time. This video is amazing. Everything is here. Everything. Like A.D. says in the beginning, 90% of this is just staying with the primary experience. And that's exactly what I've been avoiding in so many ways. But for the last few hours, there's just this. Thank you.

I appreciate you so much, AD. Still circling the drain in a burning dumpster and no longer certain seeking will ever end, but in any case, you’ve been an amazing presence for me and an incredibly clear herald. So articulate and logical and your rhetoric is alive with examples that bring it all home. I’ve been dry pounding the enlightenment corpse for 25 years now with no fruition and I just wish I would stop already. Please, can I stop now? I’m tired of being in this waiting for life to start mode. I’ve read a shit ton, modern and ancient, watched all the vids, followed lots of teachers. Again, you are the absolute clearest and most eloquent. I had my first non-dual visual experience thanks to you. Six weeks later there came a week of unknowingness I’d never experienced before and just like that, I was back to positions and perspectives. I’m pretty sure there’s a lot of mental distraction being generated now so I don’t tune in too deeply to the swimmingly void kaleidoscope of unknowable appearance that blots me off the map whenever I notice it. I don’t know. I don’t know anything. After 65 years of collecting information like a maniac, I’m seeing that the idea of “knowledge” is pretty effing thin. What now, who knows? Hopefully soon, who cares.

Thank you for sharing. This touched me deeply. Your head is in the Tiger's mouth as Ramesh Balsekar would say, my first non dual pointer who triggered a shock of recognition 25 yrs ago. It's just a matter of time when it snaps shut. He also said live your life as if you are the doer, knowing ultimately you are not. This caused a huge let go of trying to control and push the process and the blame and shame and sense of failure that goes with it. It has been a long journey of surrender, awe, incredulousness, insight at the timing of triggers and insights and breakthroughs.
It (the process) has got you. Let it have all of you..
      Love to you friend..🌻

I feel like your answer is infront of you. Without sounding defeatist, have you tried giving up? Surrender to the idea that you could never 'grasp' this. From my experience, insight only ever comes when I am at rest. One consolation I offer myself always is, if it indeed eternal peace within. Why should it be easy to attain? Frustration, I feel, comes at times when you are being asked to let go for a period.

I also get caught in the idea of being on a path or journey in time. I have found it helpful to remind myself that that's all a story, simply thoughts. What's here right now is all there is, simply this prior to labels of good bad right wrong etc. A lot of resistance can be hidden here or maybe sadness or grief. As Angelo says rest there, without intention.

Hey Angelo, thanks for all the videos - absolutely love to watch them and they’re always so clear, grounded, and heartfelt!!
I’m really interested in this topic and have watched / consumed heaps of the non-dual gang expounding both sides of the consciousness coin, including Tony Parsons, Rupert Spira, Swami Sarvapriyananda, Ken Wilbur, Ramana, you name it.
I was also really curious about the science and philosophy of consciousness before learning about non-duality.
Anyhow, I’m wondering if you’d indulge me in your opinions on a couple of questions.
Firstly, I guess the non-consciousness message I hear in some videos can seem really confronting at first - and having had various ‘awakened’ experiences (seeing thoughts seperate from self, unbound conscious awareness, samadhi states, non-dual visual perceptions of objects, etc.) - I can see how a recognition of no-self or consciousness could be quite readily available / noticeable.
I suppose then a couple of questions arise, such as does the illusion of consciousness provide any benefit to a human being, what is it like to not be conscious (is it like nothing?!), is this something worth pursuing, are experiences experienced in any way at all (albeit not combined into a single ‘stream of consciousness’ - i.e. perhaps the body parts feel sensations but they are not combined into a holistic global view)?
I hear analogous ideas often used like the cup appearing as as a cup, or the chair is chairing, or it is seen, or it can be noticed, and it is hard to separate the concept of awareness out of these accounts of reality.
Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated!! ☺️
Oh, also I’m sure the use of words like I, or recognition are grammatically incorrect for the circumstance, so please look past those issues unless they do have significance in the answer.
    Again, love the great content!!
