    Dude, 💯.
    I have been doing technique after technique for so long, to find and stay as this truth of who I am, bouncing around in the world of the mind, ultimately.
    Today, I just let Everything just Be, realizing that if I just watch literally everything, all the time (thoughts, emotions, sensations, all the senses, even mindful of my breathing) - then this brings me and keeps me Home. I don’t have to do shit, no technique is needed (obviously). And then, like clockwork, you dropped this video to “confirm this” lol 😊

    I know going back months many of my comments were innocently looking for validation. Now I delete posts when it’s clear that’s what I’m doing.
    At this point, I comment because this is the only place I can share or discuss, it’s my only community in this and I’m unable to talk about it with anyone else. And I love seeing what other people have to say on their journey.
    I love this channel.

    Ive now found that i can just rest here, infact im pretty sure theres nowhere else to rest and all effort in trying to find somewhere else is just more unnecessary seeking/suffering

    Drop all expectations and don’t keep a Score Card. Remember: A barrier to realization of no-self is the deceptive illusion of a separate independent Self having experiences happening to them. Perhaps the biggest obstacle prohibiting being Awake or Enlightened, IMHO, is thinking that we are not already.

    Sometimes I'll watch an animal, usually a cat or dog, and just observe them knowing it is pure consciousness in 'action'. Actions and body sensations without commentary is all they are. A cat seeing - it just sees, if it's bird, it triggers the prey driven reflex, no thought, just seeing, then stalking then running and then catching and eating. All moment to moment without any commentary... Imagine if it had a human mind..."Poor bird, I wonder if it has babies? Am I even hungry right now? This is a one of those endangered ones I probably shouldn't ....." :)

    So helpful. As I listened I found a thought of panic (very familiar) “oh my god I can’t zoom in and if I don’t I’ll be separate from myself forever” and then realised that’s my immediate experience so dropped into that fear and it was close. Experienced it. Uncomfortable but that’s when I heard you say we think it should be pleasant but doesn’t have to be. Just let it wash through. And it does. Thank you 🙏🏻

    When you say "direct experience" I take that to mean experiencing all of the senses simultaneously (or trying to anyway), at times it's simple and at other times it's rather difficult but when I realized what that meant to me it felt both profound and completely mundane.

    Honestly trying this awakening process is miserable for me. I have become very sensitive to my emotions. And now I can’t num down the dissatisfaction. It’s with me all the time and only gets worse during meditation

      Nevermind right after I posted this I had the most euphoric crazy ass journey I had no clue meditation could be this intense! I felt tons of hate, then sadness, peace, just tons of love just too much love if you ask me I almost felt high I guess?This is crazy 😂

    Thank you for the beautiful pointing, geez yesterday feeling like I needed an exorcism with such a strong eruption of mind related to the familial. Its coming and going for weeks now in hurricane fashion. The desire to escape is incredibly powerful. The direct experience of staying close and more intimate baffles me, because it feels like deep immersion already. Aware after subsiding that it is what it is AND I still don't like it

    I've been struggling with depression on and off for like 10 years now, since late high school. Part of the awakening process for me was to free myself from the identity of being a person ill with depression (through meditation and therapy), and the suffering is much less now, but the episodes come and go still. When they happen I feel very disconnected from my experience, I become much more self-oriented (on how bad I feel), I feel literal distance from the sounds, sight and sensations (sort of like emotional numbness).
    Could you make a video or give some advice how to navigate those diffucult times during the episodes? I have more acceptance now for the episodes, but nonetheless it's difficult to maintain normal life when they happen, and I'm also a bit confused how much of them is shadow/emotion work, and how much is just physical condition (and if it even matters).

    Hi Angelo, I have your book and I have a question I would be greatful if you adressed: whenever I am investigating my true nature and things start to feel radical the mind becomes scared to die. It happens out of nothing and without appearant reason. I am lying in bed and scared it could be over every minute. Can you explain that phenomenan? I guess this happens to a lot of people and its scary of course. On the other hand when it becomes radical insights and glimpses are starting to come in. I would be greatful if you could talk about this! Anyway, greatful for everything that you are doing❤🙏🙋🏼‍♀️

    It's just that the pain won't leave. Yes, it moves through somehow and there is also other perceptions... but the pain comes again and again and it's so very dark sometimes... even when surrendering. I'm in some kind of "Dark Night of the Soul" for years now. Can't go back into my ego-believes and don't know how to engage in being human... for a ghost is all I ever was.
    All maya? All an illusion? Feels way too real and painful for that.
    Just stay with it, non-labeling? How long? Another 4, 5 or 10 years? Forever?
