    This is a complete shift in perception. Instead of approaching life with the intention of getting certain things that will make you complete and whole inside, you turn 180 degrees and try not to resist what life presents to you because you know that there is absolutely nothing that can be added to you. This is also the end of the constant search and real life can begin. Love it!

    Thank you, Michael Singer! Always the father of wisdom! It takes one video to bring me back inside. I'm having trouble being unreactive to daily challenges, Without your wisdom I would be in deep hell. No other teacher is as good and direct as you. We can't waist time, and you make sure, we don't! What a soul you are!:) what a gift to us all!

    People get stuck because they are unaware of their original true self that’s healthy and free. Rehearsing trauma over and over is like being on a hamster wheel 😮 excellent message.

    To remove blockages: share the present moment and GIVE FULLY, don't hold back due to fear. Share the joy and love, regardless if they don't correspond. Let it go, let it be, just breathe and expand. Let Love live!

      Just letting go stuff is on my last nerve!I let go of wanting to have a partner in my life to share my life with to love that person and to have that person love me.But the truth is the letting go didn't make it any easier I still want what I want And so I keep letting go of it so actually what I feel like I'm doing is lying to myself Letting go of the desire didn't make it any easier because it always comes back that I would like a partner in my life

    This really is one of the best explanations I have ever heard.
    I am only able to say this now because I now know that I can achieve it. That's possible now because have understood how deeply my childhood trauma is affecting my entire life and how important it is for me to learn to regulate my nervous system and give myself security in the here and now. So what's lacking for me here is compassion with trauma people have experienced when they were too young to process it so it vanished into the unconsciousness and are now struggling and can't figure out so easily why.
    So had I listened to this a couple of months ago I would have once again felt incapable of ever reaching this wonderful state of happiness.

    I went from giggling when I saw him running against Hillary ( for the first time glued to the screen for a debate) to seeing a man bluntly go past the typical portrayal speak and pc that is like nails of the chalkboard to some or most people hopefully .. to realizing he was up against so many corrupt people bc they all came out nasty since he’s been around to finally falling for this all American once really successful businessman who has put everything and I mean everything of himself and his family into winning the country back for us 🇺🇸 a perfect man would be a fake politician. This man does not drink or smoke and never has that’s self control most of us cannot even say we have. There’s just something to him that we need in him while having to go up against such corruption and I think it’s .. tenacity. He has tenacity like steel

    • @jacquelynbrickman2982

      He is a sex addict that abused women. He is a dictator. He steals from the country by not paying his fair share of taxes and gave other billionaires the ability not to pay taxes. This is not a man of the people. Those billionaires that pay no taxes still drive on the roads, use utilities, and do not contribute. He cannot control himself not to be mean to people that don't agree with him. You have every right to love him. But most of the country realizes he lies. Cheated on all his wives, hurt his children by that, and knew it was wrong enough that he paid women in secret not to tell. He manipulated his books to make it look like he didn't pay them. He manipulated people into thinking he was someone that he's not. He was responsible for the death of cops doing their jobs at the capital of the United States of America on January 6th. He did nothing when he could have said stop it. He has ingrained himself in the lives of people that adore him for being a rebel. Sometimes a rebel is just a rebel. An anarchist. I don't see him as loving America. I see him as trying to destroy the Constitution and turn us over to Russia for a price. Being tenacious and canceling woman's right to basic gynecological care, because people are afraid to treat women for being jailed is going to result in the death of women and babies. I understand when you only watch one news network and get funnelled information that is manipulated, you could think this way. I know I can't change your mind but I cannot just sit by and do nothing when I feel having a single person as an idol is against God. Why are you on this channel? If you listened to what this intelligent man is saying you would see none of it matters. Be happy. Allow for the fact neither of us is right. We need to come together,not separate. Perhaps believe in yourself, and not idolize. If something were to happen to him, he's 78 years old, you would have to go in without him could you? Or would it destroy you? Just something to think about. Peace.

    • @Kellumination
      @Kellumination 3 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@trishataylor2488I hear you,having him laugh about how ridiculous we are can be disconcerting. What he is getting at is, our perception of our experience is what makes things good, enjoyable, or bad and painful. The blockages are limitations we have put on our own well-being. Example, I need this to be happy. Nobody put that belief in there except for ourselves, and we can choose to believe or not believe it. Believing causes the pain till we fulfill that belief and then feel relief. He is getting at the fact of fulfilling these blocks are only offering temporary happiness/relief. You made a comment about your ideal partner and how could this be inside of you. The inside of you represents your idea about what that partner is. It’s was created by you and until all of the boxes are checked you won’t find it and be satisfied. That checklist is different for everyone and is created by everyone. Now if we let that go of that idea then any partner is ok and we may not even need a partner, or maybe this is what he is getting at. Interesting concept. Good luck

    I think the point is you don’t untether your self from trauma by boggling.Instead we give them permission to stop being traumatic in our minds accepting that they did happen then letting the natural process of the mind cleansing the experience by disassociating the pain with the experience along with a new narrative that will be created. I’ve been on this spiritual journey for about a year and I’m trying to figure it out although I suspect that’s my mind taking. I think what Michael is saying is you can bypass the mind and let it cleanse itself.

    Q: How are blockages related to forgiveness?

    • @SeatsofContemplation
      @SeatsofContemplation  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +6

      Hi. I'm not Michael Singer. I'm the content creator for this channel. But I recently listened to one of Mickey's talks where he discusses forgiveness. Basically, he says that if we were clear (if we had no blockages) then we wouldn't need to forgive anyone, because we would have never held on to anything to begin with. I thought it was a very interesting concept. Thank for your question!

    • @MatrixxPhoenixx
      @MatrixxPhoenixx หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      My take 🎬 Forgiveness begins with self. I find not beign able to forgive others is truly about not being able to first forgive self for what ever choices led to the pain we hold on to thru memories 💔 So the pain is the true wall that blocks 🚫 from healing. Our choices caused us pain.. I'm learning to choose wisely. ✨️🦋

    How do you motivate yourself doing anything besides sitting in a bliss? If you feel so blessed out why bother doing anything at all? It looks like a person who has no blockages should be definitively an enlightened one. Once you feel this bliss all you want to do is just be in that state, just sit

    • @weirdbutwonderful3428

      I read A New Earth.. Eckhart Tolle went thru that experience. It was my first glimpse at not taking "my story" so seriously. There's a moment when it all gets sifted and integrated. Life is a journey and so it's fine to sit at a park bench for a while. First service to Self... it's the greatest service we can provide to and for others.. find and cultivate peace. ✨️🦋

    I felt like the examples were elementary.How about big issues in life like losing all your children
    Or a deadly disease.I can't understand how you could put these practices to that

      He discusses "how" in some of the other talks, but basically, you work on not adding new blockages and releasing small blockages.
      Mickey describes a technique he calls "Relax and Release". The first step is to NOTICE when your blockages have been hit. The next step is to RELAX. Relax stomach muscles, glutes, whatever you may be tightening. The last step is to RELEASE. You lean away from the disturbance. You don't get into it with your thoughts or actions. You just allow it to flow right through you.
      You start with the small things and soon you'll notice you are releasing bigger things. This technique puts you in the mode of "Witness Consciousness" which allows you to view things from your Higher Self without your lower self becoming involved.
      If I come across one of his talks that goes into this in more detail, I'll post a link for you here.
      Hope this helps!
