This is a complete shift in perception. Instead of approaching life with the intention of getting certain things that will make you complete and whole inside, you turn 180 degrees and try not to resist what life presents to you because you know that there is absolutely nothing that can be added to you. This is also the end of the constant search and real life can begin. Love it!

I know you hear this all the time, but your teachings are changing my life! I listen to you ALL THE TIME!!… even in my sleep! I have a ways to go, but I have been practicing everything that you are teaching. I am noticing things that I didn’t notice before. When I feel the yucky feelings (hurt, anger, jealousy, etc.) I’ve been able to be thankful for the opportunity to work on it and heal. I can feel the chakti and the activated chakras. I appreciate the great feelings and even the yucky feelings. It’s definitely a work in progress, but I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. I have been able to ween off of my psychiatric meds. I’m so thankful for you!
    Thank you! 🙏

I cry when working on these. Sad or happy tears there are lots of tears due to the flood of emotions suddenly rushing through. It's hard not to be depressed right after because man it feels good to feel good. Thankfully the lows aren't that low anymore and I feel more neutral even a little up.
That is where dealing with these blockages helped me most. I can be happy even without being in love or on vacation.

This really is one of the best explanations I have ever heard.
I am only able to say this now because I now know that I can achieve it. That's possible now because have understood how deeply my childhood trauma is affecting my entire life and how important it is for me to learn to regulate my nervous system and give myself security in the here and now. So what's lacking for me here is compassion with trauma people have experienced when they were too young to process it so it vanished into the unconsciousness and are now struggling and can't figure out so easily why.
So had I listened to this a couple of months ago I would have once again felt incapable of ever reaching this wonderful state of happiness.

Also some people have a one off trauma in a life filled with goodness and positivity where as others have trauma on a daily basis in dreadful conditions and only the odd glimpse of love and light.
Children have no control of their situations or the conditioning they're taught.
However truly happy people can come from any situation.
Children generally demonstrate the best example of living in the moment.

    • @Kellumination
      @Kellumination 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

@@trishataylor2488I hear you, having him laugh about how ridiculous we are can be disconcerting. What he is getting at is, our perception of our experience is what makes things good, enjoyable, or bad and painful. The blockages are limitations we have put on our own well-being. Example, I need this to be happy. Nobody put that belief in there except for ourselves, and we can choose to believe or not believe it. Believing causes the pain till we fulfill that belief and then feel relief. He is getting at the fact of fulfilling these blocks are only offering temporary happiness/relief. You made a comment about your ideal partner and how could this be inside of you. The inside of you represents your idea about what that partner is. It’s was created by you and until all of the boxes are checked you won’t find it and be satisfied. That checklist is different for everyone and is created by everyone. Now if we let that go of that idea then any partner is ok and we may not even need a partner, or maybe this is what he is getting at. Interesting concept. Good luck

My self talk has changed from I hope.. to I belief.. to I CHOOSE. It's very empowering. I chose to come forth therefore I choose to do it with grace. ✨️🦋

    Mr. Singer, loved the teaching!
Q: How are blockages related to forgiveness?

Hi. I'm not Michael Singer. I'm the content creator for this channel. But I recently listened to one of Mickey's talks where he discusses forgiveness. Basically, he says that if we were clear (if we had no blockages) then we wouldn't need to forgive anyone, because we would have never held on to anything to begin with. I thought it was a very interesting concept. Thank for your question!

My take 🎬 Forgiveness begins with self. I find not beign able to forgive others is truly about not being able to first forgive self for what ever choices led to the pain we hold on to thru memories 💔 So the pain is the true wall that blocks 🚫 from healing. Our choices caused us pain.. I'm learning to choose wisely. ✨️🦋

Others messing with me doesn’t bother me (for more than a few minutes). My issues are with myself. The same stupid stuff comes up that mirrors old anxieties from childhood. “parental things” mostly. I’m learning to allow it, see it through, get back to peace inside through prayer and meditation every a.m. without exception. I don’t get out of bed until I’ve “leveled the playing field” as Mooji calls restoring relaxation for the day ahead. Mostly, it works. Prayers of self-love, forgiveness ( for myself and others) helpfulness and usefulness, kindness, restraint from addictions, prosperity, energy, and “deep, deep abiding peace within and without.” Being a driven person, I also pray to “take it very, very slow.” And of course, gratitude.

How does one let go of being an empath in terms of being deeply affected by the cruelty in this world, of which, there is plenty? Eg saw a headline where a women was sentenced for being part of a ring that tortures animals and puts it online. I couldn’t read the article, the headline was enough to leave me in tears.
