Oscar Isaac's embodiment of Steven Grant is easily the best thing about MoonKnight. I like the show anyway, but that character nails the innocent Mr Bean character so immeasurably well, it helps swing away from the otherwise bleak set-up that the story is other wise depicting about perception / death etc. Utter revelation. "I'd be thrilled - I'd shit myself but I'd be thrilled". Fecking howling. Bravo

I think ppl who already knew abt Marc Spector being the real deal from the comics might find Steven an "obstacle" to heroism, but I began with the show with absolutely zero base knowledge abt the original story. To me Steven is a sweetie-pie puppy dog who goes through an amazing character arc and taps into all of his best qualities - strong sense of justice, intelligence, and courage :)
