INGREDIENTS 1 lb. rigatoni pasta 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 lb. ground turkey 1 cup mushrooms, sliced 1 cup onion, finely chopped 1 tablespoon garlic, minced 2 (13.5 oz.) cans tomato sauce (3.5 cups) 2 tablespoons red or white wine or balsamic vinegar 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste) 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper (or to taste) 3 cups cheddar cheese (or fresh mozzarella cheese), shredded Set the burner at medium-high heat. Bake in a 375 F preheated oven for 25 minutes until the melted cheese is golden and browned. Let cool for 15 minutes. Cover with aluminum foil if the melted cheese starts to brown too much during baking.
Looked to be about two tablespoons of oil with a pound of turkey over high heat until turkey is browned. Then probably about a cup of mushrooms and a whole onion, cooked until onions are translucent over medium-high heat. Then add 2 or 3 cloves of garlic (add them after onions are cooked to avoid burning). Probably a 14 oz can of tomato sauce and 1/4 cup of vinegar. Bring heat down to medium-low and simmer with seasonings. Add pasta and you’re good to go! Hopefully this helps it’s hard to tell the exact amounts but that’s what it looked like to me.
@@killdrac Thank you so much! I actually managed to find this exact recipe on their website by the same name and cooked it mostly by finding a bowl of similar size to the one they used in the video and it turned out delicious. The exact measurements are much appreciated though, I'll definitely be saving this recipe!
I never cooked food at home until few months back. I followed exactly the same recipe and my son and wife gave me a look and like you are a great cook, we didn’t know😂😂😂😂. I had to tell them this channel.
This was soooo tasty!!! Felt good eating it too. I always opt for a healthy amount of cheese on top of bakes. This one didn't disappoint 🎉❤Making it again for sure Thank you 😋
Thank you for this recipe. It was easy and delicious. I'll be committing this to memory for quick dinners for the future.

Thank you!!! 😅
Some measurements would be nice. Also, what temp do you set the burner and oven on?
