Skills: Full Body Conditioning
Your exercises will include:
Swimmer push-ups
Single leg squat to lunge
Hip raises
Triceps extensions
Step up jumps
Floor core work (side planks, arches, windshield wipers)
You’ll need:
Bench (or elevated surface, chair, box, etc)
Yoga Mat (or comfortable floor space)
Dumbbells (or cans of soup, backpack w/weights, etc)
