In a properly implemented end-to-end encrypted chat system, the server should not be able to access or save the content of your messages in readable form. End-to-end encryption ensures that only the intended recipients can decrypt and read the messages.

in teory its ok, but how whatsapp can see messages from all users if is end-to-end encrypted?
The primary goal of end-to-end encryption (E2EE) is to ensure that data is encrypted at the source (sender's device) and remains encrypted until it reaches the intended recipient (receiver's device), without being decrypted in transit or stored in plaintext on intermediate servers or systems.
