For those struggling with that rancid fish Shirataki noodle smell and flavor, it helps a lot if rather than just draining and rising them, you boil them separately for just a couple minutes in some salted water before you add them to whatever dish you're making with them.
Quick question: what temperature are the eggs when you add them to the basket..? Surely 4°C eggs straight from the fridge will take longer to cook than those at room temperature?
I don't see where to enter either. To be honest though, I cook every day. In some ways this seems like more effort than just cooking normally. Rather just have the recipe and do it myself.
ummm... vegetarian? with bone broth? Also pretty sure eating collagen rich food will not restock your lost collagen. eating fresh green leafy vegetables will (or citrus, eggs, berries, tomatoes, cabbage, pumpkin seeds, avocados, and garlic, which can provide your body with nutrients to support collagen growth) Pure MSG is the exact same chemical as can be found in your miso and those mushroom. Who is this dude actually? Where did you find such specimen?
You’ve ruined the probiotic of the miso by overheating it. I can make this just as quickly with a knife and two pans. Everything will be cooked individually for more flavor and nutrition. This $2500 machine is basically a mesmerizing button pushing video game.
There is no such thing as an MSG allergy. Please don't spread racist falsehoods. I'd love to see a test showing you are allergic. I bet its a self determination of "allergic".
Unsure, how a food allergy statement constitutes as racist falsehoods. You are probably right, it probably not an allergy but a sensitivity. Not everyone understands the difference between an allergy and sensitivity, so maybe explaining the difference instead of name calling could be more productive. Of course, many diseases we know about now, we did not know about hundred years ago either, but maybe he knows his body better than you.
Suspecting that MSG triggers asthmatic symptoms (in myself) I went to the Asian grocery and bought some pure MSG. I told my 15yo son, who often cooks in the kitchen with me (he's a budding chef, actually) to surreptitiously add some MSG to a meal one night. Bingo! Without me even knowing he added it, I started wheezing before I'd finished the meal! I avoid added MSG, or naturally glutamate rich foods as much as I can, and just put up with the wheezing when I can't.
Yes it can! Above each recipe on Cookidoo you'll find a TM5 and/or TM6 indicating which model the recipe is suited for. This recipe is one that works in both. Enjoy!

Great video, but I'm confused, you mentioned "remember this is a vegetarian recipe", but then you add beef or bone broth.
True :)

Shhhhhhhhhhh. Nobody tell this guy that miso is naturally full of MSG. If he finds out it will trigger his "allergy".
I was thinking the same! :)
Most foods contain glutamate .its not the same as commercially made MSG
Some of the bio miso doesn’t contain MSG.

The machine serves me well but I agree that the bowl is only one liter so I don’t use Thermomix for it.

Loved the recipe but would like to suggest to turn off the mic when putting food in you r mouth. Those noises are horrible!!!
Can this be made in the TM5?

@@ThermomixUSA Thanks! I'm really glad to know that. Is it easy to find the Keto recipes?
@@ThermomixUSA um... I'm not sure if you've noticed, but the TM31 is Cookiedoo incompatible!
